Casta's at Bodega — Local services in Washington

Found this place on TikTok so decided to give it a try. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly employee who directed me to go to the back for th happy hour special. Sat at the bar and the bartender wasn’t the most friendliest but I put my order in. I was asked if I wanted to start a tab or close it. Quite weird being that I’m ordering food but I left the tab open and they kept the card (quite old school if you ask me). So I mentioned I never got my card back and Gabriel decided to be sarcastic but I ignored it. When th food came out it was cold (both the tacos and nachos). Sent the nachos back and they came out cold again! I mentioned it to Gabriel but he brushed it off with a poor excuse about a fan in the kitchen. I reiterated to him it wasn’t even luke warm.

When I got the check, they added gratuity and the menu said the tacos were 3 for $11, however, I was charged $12. No biggie being that it was $1 but the overall experience including the customer service I won’t...
