I have had a specific entrance checkpoint officer illegally throw away a soda (root beer) purchased with SNAP benefits (it is illegal for any person to throw away items NOT purchased by themself, that was purchased with SNAP food stamp benefits) and the same officer opened a bottle of prescription medication that I had as evidence (because it was NOT the medicine my doctor had ordered but had been replaced with a medicine that was similar to what the doctor had ordered, the pills were crushed inside my purse. I can identify her she has a distinctive face. I also was allowed to go into the checkpoint while carrying what could have been weapons (and if I had evil intentions, which I didn't) would have been weapons. I warned, and asked, the clerk at the desk to make copies of the note I had written (pretty much if what I am writing now) distribute the note to each judge, arbitrary and magistrate chambers so the chamber they worked from would be safe and fully aware of the potential danger in that day (February 12, 2023 (if I remember the correct date). Read moreThe Clerk of the Court Civil Division has always been a poorly run and unprofessional part of the courthouse, at least in the nearly 18 years I have been a member. Now that there is a partial federal government shutdown, the lazy employees are using the furloughs as an excuse as to why they are not doing their jobs. Its almost always black people too. Which begs the question--Why are there so few White people working in positions that interact with the public? I doubt it will help, but I'm going to write a letter to the Chief Judge.
