Working with Chi was an absolute pleasure. She made the whole custom ring process so much easier than I ever thought it could be. After just a couple of video calls, she helped me stay within my budget while still creating something that truly exceeded my expectations.

What really stood out to me was how quickly she responded to my questions, even when I felt like I was asking the same things over and over. Her patience and willingness to help made a huge difference.

Frank Darling made all three of our rings—my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my husband's band—and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frank Darling had incredibly unique settings to choose from, especially offerings like bezels, two-stone, pears, radiants, and more unique settings. They also offered salt-and-pepper stones, blue/yellow/pink diamonds, and more.

I'm so happy our experience was so positive. I read about some other popular franchised jewelers in the area and I was so concerned about it. We had an appointment with Brilliant Earth close by, and they literally cancelled the day before our appointment with NO follow ups on how we could reschedule. Nobody reached out to us (it was just a generic cancellation message).

This place was great and Seraphina helped make it a special experience for us....
