The Phoenix — Attraction in Washington

I am so delighted with my experience shopping with this store! I had been searching for a particular Frank & Eileen dress and couldn’t find my size available until I stumbled across The Phoenix through a google search. Not only did they have the exact dress in my size, they shipped it (for free) the same day I ordered it and it arrived the following day! It was beautifully packed with a sweet note of thanks for shopping “small”. Now that this lovely DC store is on my radar, this Philly girl will not hesitate to buy from them again...

Such an astounding and lovely store - really beautiful selections, all curated with style care. A wonderful and original vibe in all directions, and … dare I say it … timelessly cool! I placed my order online, from Brooklyn, and had a couple of follow up amendments to make. Samantha was kind and generous and communicative in every way. I truly look forward to purchasing more from The Phoenix in the coming...

I haven't been to the store in person, but the owner has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond in helping me locate a specific item they don't even carry. The level of customer service I've received is so appreciated and much more than I am used to (especially considering there's no sale at the end of it for her)....
