I worked with Kris during the summer of 2021 to purchase my first home. Overall, my experience with Kris was excellent. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions - and a lot of nerves relating to this process. Kris was referred to me, and I am immensely thankful for that!

Working with Kris was wonderful. He helped me to think through and refine my search, narrowing down a wide range of options to a much more manageable set of options. He was exceptionally well-organized and prepared when we went to visit properties. He was also very knowledgeable about the features of homes that I'd want to pay attention to and options I'd have to design and customize the property.

When it came to making an offer and addressing contingency, not only did I value Kris's advice but I was also reassured by his evaluation. This was a daunting process, but the tools Kris shared with me and his easy-to-understand explanations made it much easier to navigate. Kris was my trusted guide from offer through to closing - and left me feeling very confident in the purchase decision I made.

Kris was incredibly responsive throughout the process; we frequently interacted multiple times a day, but despite my irregular schedule, I never was left waiting for a response.

Finally, Kris was an exceptionally friendly and calming reator to work with. He frequently wore a "therapist" hat with me, helping to calm my nerves and get through moments of anxiety.
