Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers. The salesman scammed me into incorrectly signing up and charged me more than we agreed upon initially. I signed a contract for 1 year at their 1101 Pennsylvania Ave NW location. I created an LLC, entered business contracts, ordered marketing materials, and registered my business with various government entities as a mailing address. They closed the center and attempted to move me. I declined being moved and asked that my contract be cancelled. I WAS TOLD MY CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED. Despite this, I am STILL receiving invoices charging me monthly for the new location and when I emailed and called, I was told I had no choice and was stuck in the new contract. The workers here are rude, dismissive, and think they can bully you into their contracts. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone with sense. There IS NOT A CUSTOMER RELATIONS PHONE NUMBER! You will spend hours trying to reach a help desk with NO ONE ANSWERING your emails or calls. DO NOT USE...
Read moreThis company supposedly offers office and conference room use on an hourly basis as needed. They also give the impression that they offer same day service. However, whenever I call to use an office its always a hassle. Most recently I called around 11:00 AM to use an office at 3:30 PM. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back, but she never did. As 3:00 PM approached I went with another office space service.
How difficult can it be to provide small office or conference room to a lawyer for 1 hour if he calls 4 hours in advance? And please don't think you can just use their app. You will pay for an office on line and get to the location and no one will have any idea of who you are and what you are doing there. You will most likely be embarrassed by your potential client. I strongly suggest using OSI or one of the other office space services.

Early on the in the contract with Regus she told me how the sales person misled her and how she was annoyed and inconvenienced her. I was with her a few days later when she got a call from Regus and she said “oh this must be customer support calling to follow up” - no. It was a sales person trying to sell her an upgraded package. For all the issues she’s shared with me, she has never gotten a follow up call/email from management or customer care.
