My experience at Reservoir Park Aquatic Center was excellent! Despite being crowded on the weekend, the pool was clean and well-maintained, the staff friendly and professional, and the atmosphere inclusive and respectful.
The front desk attendant (a warm, friendly, and experienced gentleman) not only strictly enforced the rules, but listened, asked thoughtful questions, and allowed my kids to practice in the adult area after confirming they were good enough to swim. This trust-based communication made our experience even more enjoyable.
Highlights: âś” Water was clear even during peak hours âś” Diverse crowd (including many Hispanic families) who followed pool etiquette âś” Friendly staff who were patient and attentive and didn't hover in the pool âś” Flexible policies - pool toys allowed, relaxed and safe atmosphere
This is a place not only to accommodate diversity, but also to actively embrace it. No one is singled out, and everyone's needs are met quietly. This is a rare public pool that is both regulated and welcoming - we will definitely be back!
