I recently had a very disappointing experience at your location. I ordered the Ghost Wings, which are supposed to come with a sauce. When I received my order, I noticed the sauce was missing. I went back to ask for it, and before I could even finish my sentence, a lady working on the food line rudely interrupted and told the gentleman at the counter to charge me for the sauce.
I explained that I hadn’t received the sauce that should have come with my order, and then I asked if I could have a second one. She responded with attitude and insisted I would have to pay. I told her she could keep the second sauce, and she sarcastically said, “Tell the owner,” which I found extremely unprofessional and rude.
I don’t believe that giving one additional sauce — especially when customers are spending a fair amount of money — would hurt Popeyes’ bottom line. It’s disappointing when poor customer service overshadows the quality of the food. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed...

Several times, I’ve witnessed the staff: (1) give NH customers older or smaller portion food from the front of food trays, while selecting fresher & larger portioned food from the rear of trays. (2) charge NH customers extra $$ for sauces, napkins, utensils etc., while offering & giving H customers the same items at no extra charge. (3) offer & allow H customers to substitute items or customize orders without extra charge, while disallowing NH customers the same opportunity. (4) serve undercooked food & give difficulty or deny refunds or exchanges to NH customers. (5) accepted returned food from customers & place it right back with food to be served to new customers..!!! Read moreThat little prepubescent boy with the braces and the glasses is rude. Everybody else was nice but he needs to get it together. I go there and ask kindly “hi how are you”. They responded back rudely and said “what are you here for”. I told them the order, gave me the wrong order. And just didn’t say anything after that. After waiting I saw he packed an order that looked like mine. Didn’t say anything about it. I asked him about the order he ignored me and the lovely man named Jose helped me. He didn’t have a name tag on or I would be able to provide his name. Yes I get that we have our days but he was just rude to customers but joshing it up with his coworkers.
