They definitely deleted my cell data without telling me before I upgraded to my new phone (so that I could transfer other things into the new phone) and I mean there's nothing that can be done now because I thought Google backup saved a majority of my info ... but I realized after I left and went to another TMobile in VA that I noticed there was some data I really needed transfered that disappeared. I'm not interested in contacting this store email just an FYI to the person who respond to these google comments I just want you to see, you guys need to stick around if a person is having issues and is clearly very new.
