This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I made an appointment for 9am on a Saturday morning. I arrive at 8:55am. The door is closed and locked. I call several times and eventually get on the phone with someone who says they’ll come open the door at around 9:10am. 5 minutes pass and nobody arrives. I call back again, and I am ignored. So after waiting over 20 minutes, I sent a text and informed them that I will be leaving as they left me standing outside for over 20 minutes, and I asked them not to charge my card. After I leave someone calls me back and says “oh, your nail tech will be ready for you in a couple of minutes if you want to come back.” It’s almost 9:30… you all have a late/no show charge policy, but you don’t even show up on time yourselves??? I do not appreciate being treated like this, especially as a first time customer. I was very curious about trying to Russian manicure, but not if I’ll be treated as an after thought. I’m sure there are other nail techs in the area that can do the same or better. If you care about having timely service and being treated with respect and professionalism, please look elsewhere.

UPDATE: So after speaking with them and after being assured repeatedly that I would not be charged for anything due to nobody ever showing up and the complete lack of professionalism, do you know they charged me a $25 cancellation fee like the cancelled appointment was my fault or my choice??? Went for a gel-x transition to gel with Tara. As she was removing the gel-x, she chipped a couple of my natural nails with the drill. When I pointed this out to her, she said this was normal “it happens”. I wasn’t upset, I figured it would be repaired with the gel application. She got very defensive and rude when I mentioned I’ve never had this experience when removing gel-x before. She seemed to take it personally when she responded with “maybe I’m just a bad nail tech”.
