Their coffee shop do not provide sleeves with coffee or tea, gave my feedback to the owner and she commented: Our cups are insulated, do not need sleeves for handling. My remark with this quality, you still need sleeves as I experienced very hot handling of my tea cup..... Also, I ordered several cups of coffee and cannot believe they do not have trays, making money....extremely busy but saving money at the risk of customers.... Never seen this in any franchise or business, no matter what are the standards of their business... the problem when you give your comment to the owner herself, she seems not caring about customer service issues.

I am not happy with you reaction and hope no bobody get injured to make you understand...

They gladly let you try any of them to help you choose. And they have so many great sandwich choices already freshly made and ready to go. They will also cheerfully customize any sandwich to your preference. Service They make it really easy to get your lunch quickly. The cookies are good, too. I bet the salads are really good, too, but I haven't tried any yet. To sum up, D&B offers good food, fast and friendly service, in an attractive space, good for both eating in and take out. The only downside is that lunch can easily add up to...

When the tomatoes aren’t green, they are really mushy instead. You know the type of mushy I’m talking about- where you wonder how many times the tomato was frozen.
I just don’t think it’s too much to ask for them to buy decently fresh tomatoes. I don’t think I’ve ever had such crappy tomatoes at any other restaurant in DC (including subway, chipotle, all these...
