I took my 4 year old son here thinking it was a place to sit down and eat. It is not. They will ask you if you are ordering for dine-in or carry-out, but what they are really asking you is whether or not you would like to take your food else where or eat it out of take-out containers onsite. This place has 4 booths and a vast empty space. There are no decorations on the walls and the paint is worn/missing in several places. One of the 4 booths was covered in boxes. There were no fountain drinks or tea containers. When I ordered drinks, the very nice lady asked if I wanted bottled drinks or cans and pointed to a drink cooler with glass doors. I was charged for my food immediately upon ordering (as if I ordered take-out) and I was not given any service after ordering/paying. After sitting at a booth for about 20 minutes, I was presented with my entire order in to-go containers. I wasn't sure if this was a mistake until I saw my mushroom chicken in a container without a lid. There were 2 "actual" to-go orders before me that were given there food boxed up and in bags at the check out counter, so I don't think this was a mistake. My order was brought to my table and served to me in to-go containers.....deliberately....with the expectation that I would be eating out of boxes and styrofoam. This doesn't even make sense since my mushroom chicken is supposed to be served over rice which was in its own rice box with no dish to put it on for the mushroom chicken to go on top.
As far as the food is concerned, for the most part it was very good. The dumplings and chicken lo mein that my son ordered were very good. The mushroom chicken was mediocre and the egg rolls were not good at all. I didn't bother with the rice, so I don't have an opinion to share on it. If my experience didn't ruin this place for me, I would think it a decent place to order carry out. But, I will never...

we ordered pepper steak (7.95) plus extra meat (1.00) with no onions because i am allergic to onions, when we got our food the container was full of bell peppers and barely any meat, not even enough to pay 7.95. i called up there and spoke to the lady who took our order and she said she would refund the 1.00. i told her i was coming up there with the pepper steak because obviously she wasnt understanding what i was getting at. she tells me if i have onion i get more meat. so when i get in there i am calmly talking to her and showing her the container. she tells me meat is expensive and that is all the meat that comes in there. literally maybe 7-8 small pieces. i then tell her that i also paid for extra meat, she takes 1.00 out of the register and just throws it up on the counter, puts the lid back on the food container and shoves it at me. at this point i asked for my money back and she said she couldnt do that, that she already refunded the 1.00. first time to ever order from them and it is the last time. it appears that they must not be doing to well with business if they have to skimp on the portion of meat they give. she also told me that 1 strip of extra meat cost 1.00 and that for how ever much extra meat that i wanted each strip would be 1.00. definetely not very good customer service. i just had to turn around...
Read moreIf you expect customer service, forget this place! I placed a simple order about 6 pm for pick up at 7:15 pm. I arrived at 7:10 and my order wasn’t ready until 7:35. HORRIBLE! It wasn’t until I asked for a refund that I got any attention. It wasn’t like they were busy. I think the phone rang 2x and there were 2 walkins. The wait area was stifling. No ventilation whatsoever! I asked for extra condiments, and was ignored! I long to find an Asian restaurant in this area that can provide decent food and actual customer service. Oh, they also sneak in a $1.50 “convenience” fee! Convenient for who? Certainly not me! No apologies, no offer of a comp appetizer, no nothing!! STAY AWAY!! FAR FAR AWAY!!!! If I could give less than 1...
