Three times I have received the worst service from this location. The first time our pizzas were uncooked, the second time we tried to order using a store credit, we called over 15 times to this store location and we could not get anyone to answer the phone and the third time (tonight) we decided to give this location another try and again we have called and answering the phone at this location seems to be a huge challenge. The reason i called tonight was to cancel our order because the app said it would take 2 hours for our order to arrive. The second time I had an issue with this location I requested a call to discuss my complaint and NO ONE followed up with me.Usually our experience with any Pizza Hut is okay but this particular location is the absolute worst. Right now as I am typing this review I am calling and have called NINE times since 8:53pm. I do not understand this level of incompetence, it is just ridiculous. If you have a craving for pizza steer clear from this location, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! Read moreThe new app is not user friendly at all. I have had issues on the last two pizzas ordered. I always order online. Never a problem love my local pizza hut. Not sure if most recent was the app or local store. When ordering yesterday, it showed the correct pizza hut location. When went to pick up they did not have it. Last time it had sent to the denton hwy location. Called pizza hut, after waiting on hold, got contract people. They could bit tell me where my pizza was. They transferred me to denton hwy store. they did not have my pizza. App would only say that it was ordered for 6pm, but would not tell me where. Denton hwy store could also see that I ordered a pizza (by my phone number) but could not see what store. They ended up making me a new pizza. And apologized for the issue. I then went to email and found that the pizza was in fact ordered at the keller store. I called again. After waiting on hold again, Got contract people. Transferred to keller store. Read moreIf I could choose ZERO Stars I would. The order was 45 minutes LATE arriving at my house. Not from the time I ordered but from the delivery time I was given - 45 minutes PAST the original Delivery time.
Pizza was COLD - the cheese was even hard.
NO ONE would answer the phone, I called at least 10 times. This is the worst thing you could do as a store manager or owner - this is unacceptable by any standard.
When calling and selecting #2 I believe, to know the status of my order from the automated service, it said my order was already delivered - NOT TRUE. This was probably 15 - 20 minutes before it really arrived.
Delivery person said - sorry but I just received your order and it "should still be hot" - NOT TRUE. Saying "should" tells me something went wrong with my order but no one will take ownership of it.
Everyone had already eaten waiting on the pizza so most of it was thrown away, the little bit that we tried to eat didn't taste good because it was cold or had to be heated in the microwave.
