My daughter got her ears pierced for her birthday in January. The holes were spaced very uneven from her first set of holes. I knew one hole needed to close completely before going back to fix them. We went back yesterday to ask about the policy when these types of things happen. The manager(?) snapped at my daughter "Is there a lump still?" There was not. I could not figure out was she was being so mean. I was willing to repay for it to be redone, but I simply asked what the process was...like nicely. "Kris" was the nastiest person I have ever come across in retail. Beyond her rude tone and words, her body language made it quite clear that she hates her job and everyone she comes into contact with. I repaid (for 2 piercings because you can't get one, whatever) and she then was pissy that I didn't pay for the more expensive earrings!! Seriously? I wasn't going to let this nasty "B" ruin my Mother's Day though, so I'm keeping my cool and we continue. She realigns the hole and we agree it is better. My daughter asked to have me come inside to hold her hand. THIS NASTY HUMAN BEING REFUSED!! She said "We can't have everyone in here" grabs my daughter's earlobe and pulls the trigger on the piercing gun before I could respond!! I was so shocked, I asked (again nicely) "what was your name again?" This woman paused for a solid 10 seconds. She said "I never gave you my name". I said, "Oh, can I have your name please?" On march 24th i purchased a piece of jewelry from the kiosk and upon purchase was asked if i would like to buy the warranty and I asked what the warranty covered and was told by associate 61415 that the warranty would replace lost or broken jewelry and the only reason i decided to purchase the warranty because i lose stuff easily. im very disappointed and frustrated because i know what i was told and the manager I spoke with on the phone today basically tried to tell me that I’m wrong and no employee would say what was said to me because the warranty doesn’t cover lost jewelry. Literally the only reason i said yes to the warranty is because i’m so clumsy and misplace things all the time. I also did not appreciate the way the manage was speaking to me on the phone, seems like she didn’t care about helping come to a resolution for the mistake YOUR employee made. I will be calling the corporate number also to let them know the terrible experience I had and that your employees should be more friendly to the customers that decide to purchase from here.
