Bounce World CT — Attraction in Waterford

Booked a party with them about a month ago and these are all the things I found disappointing with the place: we did the $400 package plus paid for extra food and tipping the party "host" Didn't like I had to pay the whole amount to book the date and would only get a credit if I need to cancel. 2. Was told I could not bring outside food and could only order from their vendors they work with. 3. Day of party there is another party there at the same time as ours and they have food obviously not from their vendors. Also we had warm room temp drinks. 4. This other party had 3 or maybe even 4 tables set up and a bunch of chairs and all we had was one table with chairs set up for us. And when we asked if all we were getting was one table the girl asked if we would like another one...duh where do we put our food order from your vendor? Plus you know it'd be nice to have somewhere for the adults to sit at. 5. After we got home we realized we did not receive everything that should have been included in our package and when I messaged them about it....NO RESPONSE. We did not receive goodie bags, shirt, half off coupons or crown, which is quite a few things to be forgetful about. Then to top it off they ignored us when we messaged about the things they forgot. What kind of customer service is that? Kind of unsafe set up, one of the bounce houses it's next to pole kids could fall into. Baby area a mess with toys with no working batteries. Would not be surprised if they did not properly sanitize the place Honestly could list a few more things but I'll stop there, would NOT recommend! Better off renting a bounce house if weather permits, J&S bounce house...

You never know when they are actually open. The phone number provided online doesn't connect to the store so you can't call to find out. The staff are mediocre. Not very attentive. I once arrived and no one was at the desk for 5 minutes, kids were playing and everything. There seems to be no rules about rough play. There was an incident when I went, of a women who thought her baby was choking. The staff there did not make moves. She did not call for help nor did she have first aid training. For someone who runs a facility for children and serves food, one should know basic first aid/cpr. The baby was okay, but I was appalled at the lack of action. We held a birthday party at Bounce World CT this weekend. We hadn’t been there before so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we had a blast. The food was great (highly recommend the blast off package - no stress no mess!), the kids LOVED the balloon animals (mostly swords). The staff super helpful, friendly, attentive and kind.
