This is the ONLY place I will go for screen replacement and tech support! This job was above and beyond, and I am so thankful for the care that was taken to make it right. I walked away a very happy customer.
My Tablet had a cracked screen, and although it was working fine, it was finally time for a repair. I use my tablet as a daily for many things. One of my absolute favorite way to use it is as a notebook for my business, utilizing the notepad feature. After getting my tablet screen replaced, my screen no longer accepted any S Pen activity.... It wouldn't register on the device and would only make tiny streak-like marks.. ugh.
I brought it back to Global Cellular to find out what we could do to fix this. He took it back, did tests, kept in touch via text letting me know how things were going and that he was still looking for an entirely new screen/etc. The aftermarket screen was replaced twice, a new Samsung screen was replaced once - STILL, no luck.. only streaks on the notepad...
No matter how many attempts we made, we could not fix the screen's issue, I kept positive and so did Global Cellular that we WOULD fix it. Well guess what... I went to pick up my tablet and was presented with a complete SURPRISE... an entirely new solution.... A like new version of my tablet was given to me to SOLVE the PROBLEM! It worked! I'm back, up and running that day. I am SO thankful to Global Cellular for taking amazing care of me, treating me like a human, and understanding that this was becoming a huge inconvenience to my life (my house was turning into sticky note central...)
He did not send me out to "deal with it." He came up with a solution and made it work. I am a very happy customer and have been telling everyone what a great care was taken with me and my tablet's issue.

I brought my iPhone to this man in July of 2016 (years ago I know, but I still think about how horrible my experience was to this day). My iPhone worked perfectly, but the screen was slightly bugging and he charged me $80 to fix it. At the time, I was very desperate because I had a flight early the next morning and needed to be able to operate my iPhone, so I paid for it even though it was not something I could easily afford at the time. When I came back, the man had his wife and baby there, which was fine, but I thought slightly unprofessional as he was ignoring me to talk to them while he was supposed to be working. He gave me my phone back and told me that I should mail my phone directly to him any time I needed repairs, even though I live halfway across the country. I paid and thanked him, and upon arriving at the airport the next morning, my phone completely bugged out even worse than before and I had no way of using it. Now I realize this may seem dramatic, but I was underage at the time and alone in a big airport, and I had never flied by myself before. Not only that, but I basically threw $80 in the trash, which was money I worked very hard for (I was a full-time honor student in high school at the time with many extracurricular activities that I also balanced with work). It was a frightening experience that nearly caused me to miss my flight, and I could not call anyone, check the time, or even pay for anything out of pocket because of the money I wasted. I came here to get the back of my iPhone fixed, when I got it back the flashlight no longer worked when that was not an issue before he āfixedā my iphone. The screen worked for two weeks then my iPhone would completely shut off every 1-5 minutes of my iphone being on. mind you this started happening the start of my vacation unable to use my iphone for anything.
