Ive been a LONG time customer, i started regularly eatting here back in 2013/2014. Im a blazing rewards member & i spent a majority of my life eatting your food regularly. I loved your food SO much ive introduced countless people to your resturant that ended up as return customers. Ive watched employees start as servers & work their way to management, ( thats how long ive been eatting there) & im almost certain ive spent thousands at your resturant by now. Over the past couple years the quality of the food has decreased tremendously. More often than not, rhe wings are dry and burnt on the inside. They tend to over sauce the wings often, i believe to make up for the fact that they are selling dry wings. like bone dry to the point where i wont even eat them. i understand that its impossible to check every wing for feathers, but on multiple ocassions ive gotten at least 3 wings in a whole batch with feathers that were fried to them. Its a little annoying when its more than one. The prices continued to increase but i still had faith that maybe it was a fluke so i kept purchasing, i REGULARLY ate there. I started only buying them on BOGO tuesday just incase they were gross, i wouldnt have wasted too much money. & for a while it was either hit or miss everytime. But after they removed the BOGO & made them buy one get one 50% PLUS raised the price of wings exponetially.. its basically not a deal anymore and i wont risk that cost for subpar food. If my food was regularly good and the quality control was there it might be a different story, but im not willing to play roulette with my money to end up with bad wings, especially when the prices were raised alot. Im willing to pay whatever price for wings if the quality is there, but the quality is not there enough of the time for me to jusitfy it anymore & im extremely dissappointed. Its gotten to the point where i no longer want to eat there or recommend it to anyone. When I walked in to the podium, my existence wasn’t acknowledged for a solid 2 minutes, though there were two ladies standing there. Finally I gave one girl my name and told her I had a party of two. She then proceeded to tell me she didn’t need my name. There were about 7 parties around me, I was confused how she could keep it all straight. Well she couldn’t. After waiting about 10 minutes, the other girl ended up asking for my name... after asking for the names of two other groups who arrived AFTER ME. I’m pretty sure they forgot about us for a minute but I know they certainly forgot about a father and son standing right in front of them. They had certainly been waiting the longest. Our server Ashley was pleasant, I think she had it the most together, which is why I’m giving this place two stars and not one. Our order was slightly off but no big deal. That father and son I mentioned earlier... I noticed they were once again forgotten. I know they ordered before we did and they didn’t get their food until after we were done eating. I also thought it was comical that the music changed often. At least 3 different times they stopped a song right in the middle to some sort of inappropriate rap. I personally don’t have a problem with foul language, but a family friendly place probably should stick to something more appropriate. As I said, at least 3 different times this happened, so why is the music more important than serving the customers? I highly encourage the staff to get their act together. This place could probably run more smoothly if they worked out some kinks. Also maybe it would be worth having a system for the hostess to keep things running smoothly. Also, maybe a manager should walk by to check on the guests, so they can get feedback from customers like myself, to hopefully understand and take action for improvements. Read moreI so rarely put a bad review for anything, but my lunch experience on 11/23/24 was awful from start to finish. I hate looking at the charge on my card and I should have been more assertive in my response. My two sons and I went for lunch and we were seated reasonably quickly. That was literally the last positive thing that happened. We waited about 20 minutes to be greeted. Servers glanced at us and darted away. Like, obvious “not my table, not my problem.” Finally right after we contemplated leaving, our server came over with no apology and sort of giggled when I said that we were defintiely ready to order. So we did. We were told that chicken tenders would take about 15 minutes to make. At this point, fine. We ordered chips and dip trio, the queso was cold. No one around, so chalk one more thing up to a bad experience, but let it slide. Another 20 minutes after that and I specified to just put everything in at once…she saw us sitting there, this was no mystery why I asked it. Food comes out, my son’s Mac and cheese is ice cold so I was like “I didn’t say anything about the queso, but now this is cold too. We have been waiting forever, can you please reheat this?” And to top it off, my wings were clearly microwaved and were basically like shards of wood they were so dry. Served came back to the table to inform us she was yelled at in the kitchen because of the food being cold and that the woman in the kitchen was crazy. Not sure if it was the manager or the line cook or who, but bad form. I did feel sort of bad for her because she didn’t deserve to be yelled at, but….it made me not want to even bring up the dried out (also cold yet clearly microwaved) wings. That’s on me. I should have spoken up but an hour and a half into a horrible experience, I just wanted to leave.
