I came a couple of days after a snowstorm and the handicap part, not the ramp has snow, ice. It's a hazard. Told the manager, and he said. We are just the tenant, and I think it was meant for you to come up the ramp. So, walk around my car disabled, with ice and possibly fall because it's hard for me to walk up a slant. Not everyone disabled is in a wheelchair. Absolutely no care for the disabled at all. No help at all. Like I bothered him with my concern. They have snow shovels right when you come in the door, but like he said not his responsibility. Who's is it then?
What i's like coming here to get a coffee. You arrive and use a kiosk. Then you grab your cup but no lid. Then you have to walk down to the soda area where you find no lids. You wait to ask for a lid. Then you go to put half n half in your cup, but none left. You have to wait again to get half n half. A manager takes it but doesn't fill it. Puts it on the counter. She proceeded to do something else. You are still waiting. Five minutes, she then fills up the half n half and hands it to you. You put half n half in and realize the coffee area is a hot mess. You start cleaning the area because it has not been kept up on at all. You then go to finally get the coffee, and there isn't enough coffee to make a large. You then have to wait to tell someone, but then they have to make more. So now something you thought was going to be in and out, you are now waiting 20 min or more to get a coffee. Seriously, it's not worth at all coming here for coffee. I'd rather drive out of my way for coffee and / or pleasant workers. Do you know when you go to a restaurant and everything is great then it slowly goes downhill. The previous experience isn't a one-time thing, its like often. Get my salad, asked for balsamic. I go to open the dressing n it sorta looks like balsamic but I taste it and it was very sweet. I go back to the counter and inquire. The man says oh that's Tai ... of course." All my allergies prob rapped into one. The girl starts looking for ingredients. The manager jumps in. He gave me water after I asked him for one. Taking forever, so I went to go sit down, thinking they'd find me to let me know. I'm sitting there, getting hives, but not a lot because I didn't take that big of a bite. They never came to find me. I never tried to see if I was ok. Surprising. I just dealt with it because I'm used to this kind of stuff. I'm just lucky I get hives n not anything worse. The moral of the story is to check your stuff and, before tasting, check in with the kitchen because after u eat it, you probably won't get any...
Read moreAs much as I tend to not to eat at chain restaurants, I had taken Mom shopping and she had a gift card and wanted lunch there. It was a bit confusing as it seems most customers ordered online and the person who did take our order had a register under the "breakfast menu" which we were told they "didn't do anymore". (We're now assuming she meant it was too late to order breakfast) She was super nice and friendly throughout the interaction, regardless of our confusion. At this point, we just ordered soup to move this interaction along. It seemed to take a while to get soup, but they were very busy. It was difficult to figure out where to get the beverages, as the iced coffee is not in the coffee stand, but with the sodas and those stations are halfway across the restaurant. This was not explained properly, even when asked.
It sounds like I should give them a much lower rating, but it was obvious most customers were aware of these issues, and we were not regulars by any means. But ultimately we all enjoyed our soup (or chili) immensely. It was pricey (+35 for 3 bowls of soup and an iced coffee and an iced tea), but as Mom had a gift card that was noticed but was...
Read moreI have been to this location multiple times and it always disappoints, however, this most recent visit is what has led me to write a review because enough is enough and I'm done giving this location chances. I ordered a tomato soup and a "large" cold brew TO GO. My tomato soup was filled up only 2/3 of the container and my cold brew looked like a cup of milk. I asked if they could put more coffee to bring down the overwhelming cream taste and the employee said she would have to go speak with her manager (Jim). She never took my cold brew to show the manager my concern nor did the manager (Jim) ever come out to speak with me. Upon her return she informed me that Jim stated this is how cold brew is made and they would not be adding more coffee. I informed her I was very unhappy with my cup of milk and am simply asking for more coffee to be added...not even for it to be remade. Additionally, I'm not sure what they consider a large coffee but I was certainly served a cold brew in a small cup and paid for a large...$15 meal for milk passed off as coffee and...
