Sleep Number — Hotel in Waterford

After my accident I needed a bed that I could control softness or hardness. I needed a bed that fits with me at different stages of my accident. Bought a sleep number and I absolutely love it. Started at 100 now down to 70. Can't do that with most beds. I have bought many different pillows and absolutely love the boomerang pillow. See more about it below. Talked about how comfortable it is my boyfriend bought the same bed. The only that stinks is they got rid of the pillow top on the new model and his bed isn't as comfortable as mine,but same model. Not sure why they had to change something that was so comfortable. But he has cool features. Bed goes up and down,head and feet. Has an under bed night light. Had most help from Bob. Always goes out of his way to make sure I get what I need and what makes me comfortable. My new favorite the boomerang pillow. It curve to your body it doesn't go straight like a body pillow and it supports your back. I absolutely love using this pillow I bought two. One for my bed and one for my boyfriends bed. Absolutely a great buy. I had to take a star away because after a couple years my head pillow that really supported my neck is almost going flat. It has mishaped now and these are expensive pillows. Should last more than a couple years. When I called to ask about warranty of course the pillows are passed warrenty. They can't do anything. What a bummer. I then started searching for a new pillow on their website. The girl told me two years but the website says 5 years. So I called and was misinformed and Sleep number apologized and sent me out new pillows. You get a one time replacement pillow. This girl is very happy and disappointed because what if I listened to the first girl. Advice... Don't just talk to one person call again and get fixed what needs to be done. Or talk...

Wayne was our salesman and we were told if anything broke it would be fixed under warranty for 15 years. We've had the bed just over a year, footwarmer and nightlight no longer work. I called to see about getting it fixed and it's going to cost us over $300 just for the one side of foot warmer. Wayne never told us it would be fixed at a prorated rate. I definitely don't think this bed was worth $10,000! Already having issues after a year. Also if you do decide to get this do not get the flex top, if you like to snuggle. One of us is always falling in the hole. The top separates, it's so annoying! Before buying I asked Wayne if it would separate and he said "No, not at all, my wife and I have the same one." I spent 90 minutes at my local Sleep Number store. My sales person, Jeffrey, was very educational, attentive, and happy to answer all of my numerous questions. I left there completely satisfied with the purchase of my new P6 Sleep Number bed. My Sleep Number bed was delivered February 4 and the difference in my quality of sleep is immense.
