I have taken my phone in twice to be repaired. At first I thought they'd done a great job... I was sooo wrong. First time my screen had smashed and they replaced for an absolute fortune. After that it was perfect, he even changed my battery and speakers so it was like a brand new phone. The second time is where things went wrong. I went to the location in the mall to find it had merged into the other store 'Mr fix it too'. They seemed so helpful. My phone had gotten water damaged, he cleared it out and got it all dry and the phone worked, except for the camera. The water had damaged my front and rear facing camera. So they ordered the parts which actually came in 2 weeks faster than they quoted. Left my phone with them. They only went and ordered JUST the rear camera... Like what?! So they said it'd be even more to order the front camera. I don't take too many selfies so I just said I'd manage. I honestly don't know what the heck they have done to my phone but it's so so bad. Since repairing the camera a host of things don't work. Auto-brightness is gone, my phones in built compass is gone which is a pain for trying to get anywhere on maps, and I've no front facing camera. Might not seem like a lot but manually adjusting the brightness is annoying af. It also drains the battery. Maps is basically unusable. And the front facing camera I was okay with until I realised I can't use facial ID. I called them and they gave me the 'these things can happen' bull. They also said it was all to do with the water damage even though all these problems started AFTER they 'fixed' my camera. They said I would have to pay for them to open it up again.

Honestly if the original shop was still open with the lovely Asian man that did a great job fixing my screen, I'd have just gone there.

When I had my phone repaired somewhere else before, there were pressure points that made me worry the LCD would break if pressed too hard. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had my laptop running perfectly before taking it to them. The only issue I had was the charging port not working right (it needed constant pressure to it). When I picked up my laptop, a part of the outer shell was hanging off. The computer runs horribly now even though they did fix the charging port. It overheats and the fan blasts just from simple internet browsing. Mind you this is an MSI gaming laptop. It ran games I used to play at 200 fps at 13 fps now. I cannot explain how poor their service is I would stay clear and go to Best Buy across the street even if it's more expensive... I even factory reset the entire laptop in hopes to make the performance be what it used to be, yet the preformance stays the same now even with everything...
