i loved going to my first Ollies ever when i lived in Manchester.

I was stoked when i moved down here 4 years ago and there was an ollies so close by. I love this place. However this waterford location was always having issues, stock was never what was listed in the flyer, a few times i wandered around for awhile lookin for help and just had a bad experience so i didnt go back.

I went back recently and am very happy. A new manager took over, i ran into her when i asked for help and she was really nice. Michelle or Stephanie i think... blonde women with glasses.

I commented how the store used to look and she said it was a challenge to get it better and running fluidly, it was mainly working with the employees that were there, building a good team and keeping everyone motivated which makes sense. She said she now has great metrics (which is all dumbass corporate people pay attention to anyways)
