This is in regards to McDonalds in Waterford. It seems like ever since they remodeled inside and out, the quality of the food is horrible. 3 weeks ago we had a small order, when we got home the order was wrong and everything was cold, chicken nuggets looked like the chicken wasn't even in there. Yesterday we got a egg McMuffin and sausage McMuffin and both were horrible, the egg McMuffin was burnt on the edges of the muffin and the sausage McMuffin had broken egg shells in it. I spoke with the female manager about the first order and she was very nice and helpful and gave us the same order all fresh, unfortunately there was a Spanish male manager that refused to even help us on the breakfast order, so I will be back in touch with the female manager. So sad that the employees don't even take pride in their job and make the customers happy, especially when you can't even get food for 2 under...

Decent plaza with only 2 empty spots dragging down the feeling of lively hood within the plaza (the old Papa Gino's/???? and a small portion beside Stop & Shop). Stop & Shop is the main attraction with Ollie's coming in behind it. I recently discovered Ollie's and was amazed at their prices and range of selection from electronics and books to cheap snacks, carpet, and clothing. Sorta like a mix between Ocean State Job Lot and Walmart. I personally only frequent those 2 businesses (aside from 1 time at AAA to renew my license) and the occasional McDonald's visit but the plaza seems to be alive and well in a time where many plaza style locations are...
