More than a few times I have had a bad experience with the employees in the back area making tortas. The older lady is always nice and polite. The younger ones are rude and have bad customer service. I got a torta that was soggy and falling apart. I went to let the ladies know that the toaster might not be working properly, she says that's what happens when you mix mayo with lettuce, I bought two and the other torta was not soggy in that way. I wasn't asking for my money nor to have replaced, being that I go and know the own, I would've thought I would give an insight. Although I have been coming to this store for 10+ years and my children went to the same elementary with the owners child. I would have thought he would've showed a bit of respect. He was flat out rude and said Well I saw her make it, I should've said something then, I explained that I didn't see her make it. I ordered and came to the front to pay and went back for my order, his response was, "Well, it's my problem!" So I left and gave him back both tortas. Loved their tortas. The last time I was there I asked the lady making the tortas and juices to change her gloves because she was cleaning the counters and handling the tortas and making juices with the same grey gloves that they always use. Basically they touch everything with those gloves and never change them when behind the counter. The lady changed them when asked and did not make a fuss about it. The sad thing is that when I complained to the owner about it, apparently I was the one with the problem. He didn’t say a word and it looked like he got offended.
