I first met Scott right when he moved into the location he is currently at in Downtown Waukesha. He had done some work on my wife’s engagement ring. He actually had to cut it, and then add gold to make the ring slightly bigger. The repair/fix was absolutely flawless. A lot of people seem to think the mall, or some chain is the place to go for jewelry. WRONG! I learned firsthand what a chain outfit can do for you. They are thieving crooks. I personally don’t understand how some of them sleep at night. I got taken for a ride with a ‘LEO’ diamond. Worst diamond purchase I’ve ever made. I’ve since learned my lesson. Scott pointed out all the things that were wrong about my previous chain store purchase. I’ll admit, it was a bit tough to accept at the time. But in the end, he was 100% right. To this day I have taken that advice to heart and stuck by what he told me. The small independent shop is the place to go. Problem today is, it’s difficult finding someone that is good at what they do and completely honest to boot. Scott is the person who fits that bill. He is honest and he’s the best I’ve seen. Period. I LOVE this place! Here is why….

For the past few years I have lived in Waukesha, I went to another local jeweler to purchase a few pieces. Each time I went to that place, I did NOT feel appreciated. More so Overlooked, or a nuisance. Being younger, I can be seen as “not having much disposable income”. I actually do quite well for myself. Aside from that, NO ONE should ever feel unwelcome in an establishment where you are looking to purchase pricey items.

This is not the case with Scotts. I came in to get a few watches repaired. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine customer service and a concern for my satisfaction. I left my pieces with him while we waited on parts, and I was updated throughly during the process.

Immediately, I felt like an actually appreciated customer.

From here on out, when making my jewelry purchases for myself, friends and family, I WILL ONLY BE GOING TO SCOTTS where I feel welcomed and...

I had originally went in to have my newly received engagement ring appraised and found Scott's Jewelry right in downtown Waukesha. I walked in and was really impressed with the fact that Scott does everything in house. A lot of the other jewelry stores send the rings out to be appraised and after just receiving it, I was not letting my ring leave the store and possibly getting lost. Scott has really exceptional turn around time on everything I have brought to him! I had another of my bracelets brought to him to have some links taken out and he did it right as I waited and only took two minutes!!
