Hires the same employees as Pacsun! I have been shopping at Urban Outfitters for years due to the good customer service competitive stores fail to give. When shopping at PacSun a girl at the competing store named Shariah was rude and constantly on her phone. Not to mention the store looked like a war zone! I was unpleasantly surprised to see her working behind the counter of Urban Outfitters when I was ready to check out.
