We switched from AT&T to Cricket Wireless. Went to the Waveland, MS store at 10am on Monday, August 19, 2024. We were immediately welcomed in, and Tabatha went above and beyond to help us with our phones and service. I'm so happy my daughter and son-in-law recommended Cricket for our phone carrier. The Waveland store is so convenient to our house, and the service we received was A++!!! Thank you Tabatha, and thank you Cricket! Edit: We went back to Cricket on July 3, 2025. We needed to add a line for our grandson and also get a new phone. Perry and Quette went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with all our needs. My husband and I are getting old and technology baffles us. These two associates were so kind and patient. We left with everything we needed and it was such a pleasant visit. Thank you Perry and Quette, and thank you Cricket...

Waveland cricket the manager super nice went over and Beyond took the time out help transfer stuff from my wife's phone into another new phone I would advise to go with Cricket out of any service around the surrounding area and go to the Waveland office cricket because you will have an excellent...
