I needed a bracelet engraved for an anniversary and this was the closest place to my job. They don’t specialize in jewelry engraving, but they were able to accommodate. They gave me a ready date on a Monday and were able to get it to me 4 days sooner! The customer service and professionalism was great and consistent the entire time I worked with them. Oh, and if you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by a sweetheart of a dog they have sitting in the front office. I had a wonderful experience with Hero's Salute in Wayne! I needed a plaque for a cherry tree my company was dedicating to the memory of a beloved employee. I was working with another vendor and having an awful time getting them to call me back and engage. Finally I found Hero's Salute's website as a local vendor. I sent an email via their 'contact us' page on a Sunday night, they contacted me on Monday, and I picked up the plaque on Wednesday!! Monica made a recommendation as to what would work best for our tree (8x10 Outdoor Cast Aluminum Plaque), I provided the wording, and she sent me a beautiful mock up that was perfect. I had two items (one a piece of SS jewelry and one a silver plated keychain) that I needed engraved for two different people for birthday presents (which they both loved btw, lol). Very nice staff over the phone and in person. Very eager and willing to help make what you need happen. Items were done in the time frame promised. Cash only at least it was for me. Not sure if they take credit cards if it's a company or larger group they are working with at the time. And best of all, when you walk into the store, you get greeted by the most adorable friendly little doggie, I think his name is Storm if I remember correctly.
