What a top notch facility! I brought my laptop in after many attempts to make it update. Jason greeted me warmly and professionally as I explained my situation. He took it in and put it into queue. He tried like mad, even stayed after hours, to try get me back in business. We talked early the next morning to find he worked past midnight, but to no avail. There was some sort of issue in the hardware beyond what his systems could determine. He got it back to the way it was when I dropped it off and gave me an extremely good price for the above & beyond effort. In an attempt to be productive again, I asked about the possibility of him having or possibly making me a desktop system that might work. Jason is amazing. I was having trouble with a computer that I had built a bit under a week ago when I had brought it to Jason I was looking all over the western Carolina area for a good place that I could bring my PC other than Best Buy and I had somebody recommend me this shop. Jason got me in took care of my issues and had a wonderful conversation with me and when I explained to him that I was going to be leaving in only a few days for a month he told me he would do his best to get it done as quickly as he could. Boy was it quick, I dropped my PC off at 11 AM and I got a call at 3 PM saying that he was able to get the computer finished. When I came to pick it up the next morning, he was very professional, and he completely took care of my computer. He rewired it and made it look as pretty as possible, and I cannot be more grateful.
