I came in today for printer ink, I was really hoping for a quick trip as Iām pretty busy today but I ended up standing in line for more than 15 minutes because there was nobody to run the register. When I came in I went straight to get my ink and immediately headed towards the checkout, I saw one female associate and another male associate, the female instructing the male to show/explain products that some other customers were interested in. The female disappeared. There was a note on the registers saying go to print and ship for check out, so I walked over there and stood behind a lady who was waiting to ship something. After so long she got fed up and left, after about 15 minutes I called you guys and asked if there was someone there to help me. Whoever answered (female) said well heās busy with a customer right now and that heāll be there to help you in a moment. Obviously however answered was in the store, she saw me come in as well as the influx of other people⦠How could she leave her coworker there by himself? It is dirty, has empty shelves, and looks like a bomb went off inside. The staff are obviously stressed with just one person at the register trying to manage checkouts and Amazon returns with no help. Now the people waiting in line for the Amazon returns have to wait until all the paying customers are taken care of first, leaving a long line of Amazon customers waiting with packages. Staples is not fulfilling their end of their contract with Amazon. The new manager is not helpful either, and replied that is just the policy now and the way it is. He just smirked and could have cared less, nor did he offer to help. You can look around and see that the store is grossly understaffed.
