Beware 🪳🪳🪳 Let me first say when my party of 8 arrived it was approximately an hour before closing. There wasn’t many options on the buffet an the food that was on the buffet had been sitting awhile nothing fresh (unless you asked) & nothing worth $17 per person... however I appreciated the effort given to accommodate..like bringing us a plate of fries, making a pizza, an California roll sushi.. BUT near the end of our 30 min visit I got a refill & when I tell you I spit my drink all over myself!!! A ROACH yes a real ROACH in my drink!! owner literally pulled out his eye glasses an tried telling me it was something of the rice I replied no baby that’s a ROACH a real roach 🪳it ain’t gonna move cause it drowned in my tea!! I would have NEVER sat in there to eat had I known about the bug issue.. $150 ticket they deducted $20 for the roach.. 🪳 I later wish I would’ve pushed the issue for at least half off especially being I’m currently suffering from PTSD for ANY food place... lady cashing me out said they had sprayed so why the man acted like he didn’t know there was roaches 🪳 in the building!! My girlfriend and I went here for dinner to-go. We went in and got two to-go boxes, and went over to the buffet, where we saw the food that, besides the French fries and pizza, looked pretty fresh and good. The rice looked meh. We took our food, charged by the pound at $20 for boxes that were nowhere near full, outside to the car to eat. We immediately noticed that this food was vile. The pineapple chicken was lukewarm and dry, the egg and spring rolls were extremely greasy and pretty low-quality. The rice was brown, disgusting, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. The teriyaki chicken was cold, dry, and flavorless. Not only was the food terrible, but the service was less than mediocre. Upon asking for a refund, we were laughed at and told “we don’t do that.” We were sent away with money being wasted and feeling extremely unsatisfied with our experience and bloated. My family and I went to eat here tonight. We didn't even finish our first plate, it was horrible. The food sent me to the bathroom after three bites, explosively. Keep in mind we had our three kids with us and they wouldn't even eat the food and they'll eat anything just about. We asked for fresh food to be brought out and they told us it was too late, an hour and a half before closing. We told the cashier that we only took a few bites off our plates and we were not happy, she said "we'll work on it" and refused to do anything else about it. We were charged full price, $40.00 all together for food we didn't even eat. We ended up taking the kids to Wendy's because they were hungry. My stomach was so upset i had to go home and lay down. I will be making a report to the health department, thanks for making me sick and making us pay for it!
