This is by far the friendliest, most fun, down to earth team anyone could hope to work with when tackling the sometimes daunting task of jewelry shopping. Although we have worked with several staff members, our go to jewelry genius has been Julie. She is not only an incredibly knowledgable gemstone and jewelry expert, she's the sweetest person to deal with. You will never feel pressured to buy. They work as a family with your best interest at heart. You won't be sent home with anything that's not the right fit for what you're looking for at the price you're comfortable with.

My now husband had been on the hunt for an engagement ring, which, to most, would have been a nearly impossible task given the incredible specifics I had laid out with high expectations. After checking out several jewelry stores between San Francisco and Minneapolis, he wandered into JB Hudson. When he was approached while looking at diamond engagement rings, I can only imagine looking flustered holding a list of requests/demands/specifications described in detail by me, Julie was the first person of any of the stores to not ask the question, "What's HER name." When I was later told this story, I would never have faulted someone for making this assumption, as the ring I wanted wasn't exactly what you'd consider a stereotypically "masculine" ring. But this genuine, thoughtful, not presumptuous approach, really resinated with my husband as the icing on the cake to a beautiful store with a stunning selection of jewelry, making it the perfect place to find the perfect ring.

When the ring was presented, it was stunning, I had to say yes. However, we both knew full out that this ring would only be temporary until I designed my own setting around the flawless stone. Thus finally introducing me to the woman I heard so much about, Julie. She was every bit as sweet as I had imagined, to the point I just enjoy stopping by to say, "Hello" to her as well as others she works closely with. We have since bought both of our wedding bands from Julie, as well as have plans for more pieces int he future.

I was given a few recommendations to go to JB Hudson, Minneapolis to purchase an engagement ring. I began speaking with Kelly over the phone. I did not see a three stone diamond ring on their website, so I asked Kelly if I could send her a variety of pictures of what my now Fiance wanted. Kelly contacted me the next day and advised she had two rings that would be available to see the next day. Due to my work schedule, generally working after 7pm, and not being able to make it during normal business hours, Kelly scheduled a private appointment after hours for my Fiance and I to come view the rings. The parking was valet, and upon entering JB Hudson we were met by Kelly and a few associates. They were extremely friendly, even provided my Fiance with a glass of Champagne. - Great First Impression.

After the meeting, Kelly told me to text/call/email her at anytime. The fact that she allowed me to text her at anytime showed the commitment she has for her profession.

Within a few days, I purchased the ring. Kelly provided me with a veterans discount, which again was above and beyond. Kelly kept me up to date on any updates while it was being designed and made. Once the ring was ready, I decided to bring my Fiances sister along when I picked up the ring. Again Kelly was very flexible when it came to setting up the appointment. Kelly came into work on her day off and made sure that I was 100% satisfied on the ring.

Within a few days she had ordered some samples in from New York especially for me. (I was shocked that she went above and beyond without ever meeting me!) She then asked me to come in to see them. So we met…… WOW! Until then, I didn’t realize I HIT THE JACKPOT with her! We viewed the NY samples and they were almost spot on. She assured me we could create exactly what I was dreaming of. I was truly impressed by her knowledge, her expertise and her guidance. She was so personable and engaging and really listened to what it was that I really wanted. From there she preformed her magic and commissioned a custom piece for me. I was THRILLED her ideas matched mine! Soon after, the RING was delivered to the store.
