Owner “Amy” said she wasn’t computer savvy and wasn’t sure if she could figure out how to send me an email ( I asked for an email confirmation of an agreement we came to about compensation for the article I brought in that I was not paid for. We agreed to a $35 gift certificate ( as I liked the items in the store). But, when I questioned the statement that she will “ try to send me an email” that she isn’t computer savvy and isn’t that terrible that she might not be able to figure out how to send me an email and I agreed that yes it is “ terrible and suspect that she would have me believe that her as a business owner doesn’t know how to send and email. She calls me back and tells me I hurt her feelings that I said “ yes it is terrible that you expect me to believe you don’t know how to send an email. The owner of panache consignment store called me to harass me and went on to tell me all about how I’m rude to not listen to her go on and on about why her staff wasn’t and didn’t handle business with me properly due to personal care taking of her employees mom personal info garnering some sort of sympathy from me so that I’ll “ understand “ and not be so upset about how they tried to rip me off! Now I don’t want to shop and do business with her store yet the owner refuses to give me the $35 we agreed upon and will only issue a gift card to her store after hanging up on me to tell me she’s upset because I wouldn’t have sympathy for her lack of computer skills. First time selling at a consignment shop, but I used to visit them as a kid with my mom. Everything was easy when I dropped off a few items to sell, but what seemed off was they price what they want, and do not check with you first after they "inspect the items". You have to call to see if you have a check, they do not reach out AT ALL. I called to check after a few months, to find out nothing had been sold, and that the bracelet that I had dropped off and was very clear that I wanted it all sold individually, they had been selling as a set, she even listed off the wrong brand on the phone, so who knows what they were even saying the brand was. When I explained how what I wanted, and what they chose to do were different the woman on the phone gave an attitude, and told me I could come get my stuff, to which I let her know I would. The items were priced WAY TOO HIGH to sell.

Today I finally had time to stop by and pick up my items. Staff were talking at the register, didn't even stop to say hi, instead finished their conversation and it took them both a few minutes of searching multiple places in the store, and acting like they had no idea where my items were before they emerged. Overall I am frustrated by the lack of thorough communication from the store with selling items and the fact that after 4 months nothing was sold, complete waste of my time, honestly not sure how they...

My fave shopping place! Plus I consign here an make bucks. I love the employees, they are very helpful. I shop here for designer purses, shoes and jewelry. If I'm going out for special event I can always find a nice dress at a great price. Always ask for a discount. If an item has been there for 3 months you might even get a bigger markdown! I'm almost always happy with what I've purchased. If I get home and its just not me I just take back an consign it! Its that easy. The store is very nice, clean, organized. Dressing rooms are very private and always someone there to help with a zipper. Employees are all friendly when your purchasing. They are pickier when your consigning because they are looking out for the customers. I'm a regular and I get rejects but they have high standards. I...
