Where do I begin? This company has absolutely zero customer service, and they’re extremely unorganized. They sent me an offer email stating $30 off our very first shoot with them, okay cool. I decided to check them out and went online to schedule, upon trying to schedule their website did not work correctly, I called the 844 number and the young lady said “well it works for me so....” I was flabbergasted. What professional responds that way? When I made it clear a second time that I was having an issue she just said “Well I don’t know why it doesn’t work, it should work because it’s working for me.” I hung up. I finally figured out how to get it to do what I needed, I sent an “Appointment request” and waited to hear back from them. I checked both my regular email and my spam and was never contacted again. I decided oh well, I guess I’ll book with someone else. I booked an alternate photographer and on the day of my shoot THEY SHOW UP. Mind you I never sent a specific time so they just dropped in when they were good and ready. I sent their photographer away as I didn’t need them and the seller mentioned to me that they were making them very uncomfortable, after being asked to leave the young man hung around and made comments to the alternate company stating “I guess you won.” The seller was extremely upset and uncomfortable. They lost a great client, my office has over 350 agents....

I wasn't able to book my normal photographer so I decided to take a chance with US PHOTOS. We had a difference in opinion upon some photography, so I decided to cancel. The management was very understanding and listened and addressed my concerns both with me and internally. UsHomePhoto has not provided me with drone photos that have been paid for and were included in the scope of work. I have called and left messages for Gregory numerous times and he will not call me back. They did provide great photos of our home, but the job quoted included drone photos.
