Bought an Apple Watch from them and a few days later when I went to get a glass screen installed from the zagg store in Baybrook mall the lady working there brung to my attention that the glass on the watch itself was coming apart. I called to the shop to explain the situation and see if I could exchange the watch. The guy who answered the phone accused me of damaging the watch. I came into the store and he pretty much told me that it was nothing wrong with the watch and if I bought the screen he would put it on for me. Not what I wanted but ok whatever. Well I started having issues with the watch and I took it to the apple store and they said that the screen was coming apart (experts saying the same thing that the zagg rep said). Now I have a watch that I have to pay extra money to get fixed because I was sold a defective watch. I get that pawn shops don’t give refunds and all sales are final but if a customer brings to your attention that an item was defective or had an issue that wasn’t mentioned at the time of purchase at least try to offer a resolution. Especially if it was a day or so after. Not accuse the customer of damaging the watch after they left. If it was weeks later then okay all sales are final but a day later? I don’t think that that’s a good business practice and not very customer friendly. Frustrating experience and I will take my business elsewhere...

Hello all! I just wanted to hop on here and do a quick review for Circle Pawn! I came in with 90 dollars to my name and a few family heirlooms to sell, one of which I really didn't want to have to let go of. Angel and Mr. Brooks were at the front desk waiting to greet me with the same holiday cheer I somewhat missed out on being new to the area and unemployed. Angel asked my expected price, if I could choose something, and I said 300$ he quickly came back and told me after a few minutes that we were just under my asking price. Then he revealed the price they could offer as $250! I would say that's pretty close to what I was expecting or needing. We settled at 275$ which was excellent, bc EZ pawn tried to give me that for both pieces as opposed to selling just the one that I did. I am so grateful for the care and consideration for a girl in between jobs... I literally ate rice and beans throughout most of the holiday season, so to start my new year with a great local business experience is both rewarding and a huge blessing! Their thorough knowledge, multitasking skills, and professionalism saturated the building as they were also able to greet and attend a Spanish Only Speaking customer with great regard.
