Stopped by on a Saturday to ask if they can install a backup camera for my daughter's car. Store owner said can't do it today, it's raining and installer leaving early. The following Saturday, called early in the morning and he told me to come in at 2:00 pm and car will be done by 4:00 pm. Went there at 2:00 pm and he said he can't do the job today because he's busy. I reminded him that I had called ahead and to bring the car in at 2:00 pm. Now he's saying he doesn't have time. I told the owner that's unprofessional, poor service, and that's not how you run a business. He responded, "it's my business and that's how I run it!" Owner didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He not only lost this one job, but all future jobs and any referrals to family and friends. Please don't waste your time at this business, poor customer service, unreliable, rude, and very UNPROFESSIONAL! Plenty of other installers in the area who will treat and value their customers...

Do not go here !!!!Well I stopped in to get a quote for having a bass box put in and a amplifier, one guy quoted me $140 and when I went back the day after on Saturday a different guy wanted to me to pay $200 and then I told him I was not paying $200 he went down to 150. But after he installed everything there was no bass knob to turn down the bass in the speakers he said he didn’t put in the door very unprofessional, He told me the bass knob would be another $20. So he basically charge me 150 just to wire my amp...
