I just ate at this place as my wife was wanting shrimp toast and I saw how great the reviews were for wings for this place so we figured we would order their wings and shrimp toast. The wings were great like everyone said, but the shrimp toast was really tough and was definitely stale. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day or was in the freezer for weeks or months and refried. I called the owner to mention this to them as I didn’t want to write a bad review as I know restaurants are struggling. I mentioned I’m not looking for compensation or anything, just to mention this and she denied that they were old and just said they came from the freezer and have to be refried due to time constraints. I told her I understand that, but that these were super stale, really tough and if they did come from the freezer and weren’t sitting out all day (which it absolutely tasted like it) that they had been sitting in the freezer for too long. She just repeated herself two times about them being frozen and I repeated myself that they were absolutely stale and she hurriedly said okay I’ll tell them (the chefs I assume) and that was the end of the conversation. I didn’t even mention this was probably the smallest shrimp toast I’ve ever eaten, barely stuffed with any shrimp filling and super tiny pieces for $6.50 plus tax and tip. She never even bothered to apologize. Which that and hope they would not do this again to myself or other without me having to write a post here and I would have made this 4 stars and left that out and would have happily went there again. Very bad experience. I’ve had shrimp toast many times from several different places, but never have I eaten anything this bad. To the point I’m semi-concerned of food poisoning. If the owner would like to speak with me I am always happy to amend reviews, again I’m not even looking for compensation, but flat out denial of something that you could just tell by looking at it that it was old for something so small and expensive is not acceptable, let alone how stale and...
Read moreThe wings kind of suck and I would avoid them. They come with no sauce and they don't have any dipping sauces for you to use. I ended up having to make a sauce with sriracha and sweet and sour dripped all over it. It was okay but I still wish I would have had some ranch to dip it in considering I was eating in the restaurant. Also it was $8.50 for six wings. Which is definitely not a good deal compared to everybody else. All in all about 20 bucks for 6 wings, a bowl of soup and two egg rolls. This was the first time I ate in the restaurant and that is also something I would avoid. The cup that I was drinking out of had what looked like paper napkin stuck on the inside of it. And either the AC was broken or it just wasn't working very well and they played weird music. Not the most appealing environment to eat in, let alone cups and what not to drink out of. I've always had good experience with their takeout and I think that I will stick to that for now on and also avoid the wings unless I have my own sauce and dipping sauce to make them taste good. Old review: General tso chicken was superb, and probably the best wonton soup in the city. Broth had a very delicious flavor you don't find at many asian cuisine restaurants. Egg roll was pretty good too, u didn't expect shrimp to be inside of it either but there was. Fried rice was sort of plain but wasn't bad. So for a $9 dollar lunch I got general tso chicken, fried rice, a egg roll, and wonton soup. And it...

I've had it fresh at the restaurant, catered in huge trays at events, at home, in my car, office, weddings lol its ridiculous and Its just so good. Everything about it, is magic. The moment when they place that dish in front of you you get hit with that heavenly aroma, the smell of gods! That perfect combination of garlic and butter coating the crispiest of lightly battered goodness is mouth watering. When you take that first bite you'll hear this amazing CRUNCH! The crispy coating of batter, skin, and garlic that decorate these wings is something I've never been able to get anywhere else. If you're eating it fresh and piping hot (the best way imho) that steam that comes off that bite, and the heat from the juices from that chicken is..I can't even explain it. Seriously, a plate of these, with combination fried rice...I...
