I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the services provided by Bellini, a hairstylist at Floyd's Barbershop. She did an absolutely amazing job with my two daughters, aged 5 and 7.

From the moment we walked in, Bellini made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. She took the time to understand what we wanted and offered her expert advice to ensure the best results.

Bellini's skills are truly commendable. She washed, conditioned, and detangled my daughters' hair with such care that they were completely at ease throughout the process. Her cutting technique was precise and she managed to create the perfect style for both of them.

The blow-drying and braiding were the final touches that left my girls looking adorable. Bellini's attention to detail and her ability to work so well with children is truly impressive.

I also appreciated the cleanliness of the salon and the adherence to safety protocols. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making the entire experience enjoyable for my daughters and me.

I had higher hopes for here. My old hair stylist that I did follow around for years worked at a Floyd’s 99. So I was excited when one came to Webster. I went in for their grand opening. The lady that cut my hair was very nice she gave me the works.. hot towel, a quick little shoulder massage styled my hair after washing it but I wasn’t satisfied with my hair cut itself. Had I let her continue to cut it I would have had minimal hair left. So I tried again.. different stylist. I was pretty specific about what I wanted. Leave the top long.. trim the sides clean it up… welllll the top she basically left me long bangs and cut the rest of the top short.. and didn’t cut the sides how I asked. I’m so disappointed that I’m here writing this. All she did was trim My hair. No massage. No shampoo. Oh she did rub a warm towel on my hair for who knows what reason Bc it lasted 12 seconds .. no hair wash no nothing.. was worth about $7 and I paid $34.. 10 out of 10 do not recommend going here. Was scheduled a haircut @230. I come back two hours later and the stylist decided to go home so I am left without anyone to cut my hair. I’m literally bald so no time it takes to do this. The manager Amanda S. Stated there was nothing that they could do for me and no one to cut my hair and I would have to reschedule for 7 o’clock tonight. I have a Primrose ball to attend for my friend’s daughter which I did explain to them before I left. Mind you it would not be a problem so that’s why I chose a high end place to get a hair cut so nothing like this would happen. Plus this place pays to keep there reviews at a 4.5. Take your time to look at all of the negative reviews for appointment setting and you will come to the conclusion I did. There’s no way with 81.
