A little upsetting for my first time trying 7 brew. I was very excited to try it out since it is all over social media. When arriving there was some what of a line which I assume is normal since they are very popular right now. But sadly we were skipped by a few cars. Keep in mind two people were taking orders one on each side. When the person on my lane had finished taking the two orders in front of me she proceeded to skip us and head to the other lane where another young gentlemen was already taking orders. I said okay maybe she was just trying to help the other guy, but after taking the other lanes orders the guy then went to my lane but then AGAIN I GOT SKIPPED and he took the car behind me order. By this time I was next in line ā to receive and pay for my orderā at the window. When I saw the guy skipping me I did pull my window down and politely said ā hey excuse meā to get his attention. He saw me and decided to ignore me. Once the other lane had moved on the girl that was initially on my lane comes to me and I brought it up to her nicely and mentioned what had happened. All she said was ā I didnāt see youā and she turned and looked at the guy and said hey why didnāt you take her order and he said ā OH I DIDNT SEE HERā when I tell yall I was very upset at this point and just wanted to leave!!! My sister next to me said itās okay let it go because my mom was also eager to try this place out so we just ordered but not once did they apologize. I donāt mean to take this too personal but every single car around us had a lighter skinned person to be polite. We were the only Hispanic people that I could see around. Iām not sure if that was the reason but I am very upset about my experience here. The young female handing the drinks was very nice thatās all I can say so thank her for that but definitely I did not enjoy my time there, drink was good I give it that but thatās it. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no request for my phone number, and no confirmation of my order. Out of the six drinks I ordered, four were completely wrong. When I politely asked for them to be remade, I was met with attitude and uncomfortable stares from all staff members. (Especially the girl in the gray shirt inside making the drinks) None of the drinks were labeled, which made things even more confusing, and the employee handing them out working lane (brown hair, highlights, braces) didnāt know which drink was which. The girl taking the order (with a shark tattoo) was rude and standoffish throughout the interaction. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even after all the mistakes, there was no apology or attempt to make it right. In the end, one drink was still wrong. Overall, Iām extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues with the staff. I was also not given exact change.

When I mentioned this at the drive-thru, the staff member told me it didnāt come with whipped cream. I explained that I had ordered a blended drink earlier in the week, and it did come with whipped cream and drizzle at no extra charge. Despite that, she refused to listen and told me it was an add-on. I asked if it could be added, and she still declined.
Whatās confusing is that I was charged the same amount both timesāso if whipped cream is really considered an add-on, why was I not charged for it before? The inconsistency and lack of willingness to acknowledge or correct the issue were frustrating.
