Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Webster

All the food tasted very bad. The chicken was cooked in old oil, with no seasoning at all. The flour you can tell it wasn’t filtered after uses. Then the chicken was precooked in large amounts. So it wasn’t fresh from setting under the lamp for a long time, VERY dry. Now let’s talk about the side items. The red beans in rice, should be called rice because there was no red beans about it. Also the biscuits where probably cooked that morning in large quantities, they were hard and dry. At this location the manager need to be trained on how to manage and train employees, pertaining to food cook times, over cooking, and sitting time under the warmer. I know that they cook everything in large quantities so they don’t have to constantly be cooking. But that leave room for bad tasting food, which is no good, and customers waste their money. Smh. The only good thing about this location, is the young man that took the order very polite and great customer service. I will never go to this location again . It’s possible never go to another Popeyes all together, because I’m starting to get the same results across various locations over...

Went through drive thru today 7/27/21 on the first day of Popeyes Chicken Nuggets and waited an hour. Asked for one of each of their sauces at the window, even called and asked about the sauces on the phone, and again at the intercom. Instead of getting chicken nugget sauces, I got 3 handfuls of ketchup, hot sauce and honey. Great way to kick off a product, Popeyes El Dorado 🙄 Dry, sauce less nuggets

7/30/21 - Missing a biscuit and was told gravy in mashed potatoes does not have any meat by drive thru intercom. I Google'd it and sure enough the gravy in mashe potatoes has pork and turkey. Spoke with Melanie and told to return to get incorrect items, now I'll have to come back later in the week.

8/24/21 @ 8:50pm - Drive thru is taking 45 minutes just to get to the intercom, line is out to El Dorado/Exxon gas station and not moving. Unbelievable! Cars are blocking the exit of drive thru to get out. Not returning to this location... Will try the Bay Area Blvd location by...

CARDHOLDERS BEWARE: I loved this Popeyes, rarely had an issue with them, they always had great food and service. I went through the drive through yesterday, made my order and thought I had gotten my card back but they only handed me my receipt. I realized this about 2 hours later when a fraudulent charge was put on my card. That was the only place I used the card that day, so my bf had gone back there to see if it was at the restaurant. Lo and behold, it was just sitting above the register, not even locked away securely. So I froze my card and just ordered another one in case someone there may have copied the information or something. The manager there was really dismissive about the whole situation and really offered no help, no promise of looking at the footage, or handing the person who had done it. So I've taken it up with corporate. But sadly my trust in this establishment is shattered, and I have no plans...
