Leaving one star because I can’t go with zero.

If you want to spend $90 plus on one piece of clothes and wear it one time only and not be able to return or exchange this is the place to go. I bought a pair of pangs that I was very excited about however it ripped in the front during my first time wearing. I reached out to them and Heather said that they would bring it to repair and call me one week. Of course they did not get back with me until after 10 days or so and said the pants were ready. I ended up going back to the store to pick up the pants and happily purchased a few other items as I have been doing for the past 5 years at this fabrik location. The day after I picked up the pants it roped on the same exact spot. I sent pictures to Heather informing her that the pants were incredibly loose on the area and it seems like a quality issue. She basically said that there is nothing that they can do because the pants were stretching up. Other than a terrible product quality I receive an even worse customer service. Anyway. This location lost me as client and I am letting you all know that if you buy their overpriced items and something goes wrong is your loss unfortunately.

I just left this store minutes ago. I walked in and no one greeted me. Another woman(white) comes seconds after me and was greeted immediately. I was the only black woman in the store. Not one associate spoke to me. No one asked if I was looking for anything special? Zero engagement. I walked out and not even a simple ‘thanks for stopping in’. I went into every store in the area and was acknowledged, treated with care and enjoyed my overall experience at Urbanz, Ivy & Leo, the boutique directly next door and spent my money well. Although I seen so many eye catching pieces my standards wouldn’t allow me to spend my money with this establishment. This type of behavior from woman that look well enough of age to have provided a better experience is unacceptable knowing the importance of company standards and values. I love this place! Kind and helpful employees, excellent inventory, and THE BEST social media presence. I wanted to specifically mention two incredible employees of this store, Kelsie and Megan. I've met Kelsie a couple times and she is such a pleasant person and is so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She takes customer service to a new level and really is a great face for the brand. Megan is an excellent example of this as well. One time I couldn't make it by the store before closing to see a specific dress, so she offered to text me photos of the dress and put it on hold until I come in the next day. She was so proactive and kind, even if she didn't have to take that extra step. Thank you Megan W and Kelsie S for such great experiences at...
