Ridley's Family Market — Local services in Wellington

This store is the worst experience ever!! I would shop there everyday with my children and always was treated as if I was doing something wrong!!! I came in one day to get some soup cause I was super sick and something was accidentally not scanned but when noticed I sent my child in with my card to get it taken care of!!! This place is over priced the produce and meat is horrible quality! Everyone in this so except Teren the blonde with glassses and Heath are rude disrespectful and worst costumer service ever!!! I would make the extra 7 min drive to north college kingsoopers you will save money and get better quality! You will always be treated with care and respect and you’re never gonna have problems! I would never recommend this store to even my worse enemies. There way over priced and have no common sense. Please save your money and time and put it in a company that treats people better. This manager can’t even spell or have an adult conversation. I will be calling and writing corporate because he deserves to looose his job he won’t even succeed at Mc Donald. I have even complained in the past and was told that these two always gets complaints. So it time to get rid of these two so that the world can function of of being human and having respect!...

When this place opened up, the service was outstanding. Slowly, over the last few months, the level of service has declined severely. Prices posted up in the aisles are not what the registers ring up. We have brought this to the attention of several cashiers and 1 or 2 assistant managers. The response we received, on more than one occasion, left something to be desired. I have never felt so insulted while checking out at a grocery store. In one particular visit, I brought something to the attention of the cashier, who was new and had another young lady training her. The girl who was training the new employee responded with attitude and eye rolls... excuse me? If you can't do math, please don't get angry at me... it's not my fault your pricing system is extremely inefficient.

I refuse to be treated this way in a place that I am spending my money. I would rather drive to Fort Collins to spend my money somewhere I know I will receive proper service. I will never shop here again.

You can not advertise 1 price and ring up another price. If the cost of something has changed, and it is different in the computer system, then PLEASE CHANGE THE PRICE...

Quite a few “ooooooofs” here. If you like living and not being subjected to a gut punch of food safety violations that cause illness…drive fifteen minutes to Fort Collins or twenty minutes to Cheyenne. This is embarrassing, borderline illegal, and completely unacceptable.

Hand washing station either unavailable or under supplied…come on. That equates to no soap being available, or no sink provided in a prep area…disgusting.

Corrected on site, COS, leads me to believe it was a lack of sanitary agent, soap, being available upon inspection. It was also a repeat offense, which quite literally means these guys aren’t washing their hands because management isn’t providing soap or ensuring that soap is available…not even ensuring utilization but just ensuring it is at the ready. Which it probably wasn’t. I do occasionally pop in here to purchase a gallon of milk or an avocado, that will cease after this.

Lastly, there is an individual who works there that answers management requests…receding hairline that he tries to cover up by shaving his head, anyhow if I had a dollar for everytime I saw this guy vaping in the store I’d be retired by...
