The drive-thru is awesome. No complaints at all, just be prepared to speak in your loud voice when you’re ordering in the drive-thru speaker. The cars zooming by on the I-25 are loud!

No staircases anywhere, they have one accessible ramp for wheelchairs and handicap parking right by the ramp/door:)

A/C always blasting in the building, leaving you with a refreshed demeanor. And yes it smells like some dank ahh pungently potent bud inside.

The parking lot can be very tricky to enter/exit, because of its layout - this is especially true for large/long vehicles. I’ve seen other customers use the parking lot for the hotel next door, and walk.

The work-culture atmosphere/vibe they have going on is really comfortable and feels easy and familiar, I’ve never felt overwhelmed or pressured on anything I’ve thought about purchasing while there. The employees are keen to provide excellent customer service!! They’re always quick to help you out in ways that you wouldn’t expect. My favorite part about this dispensary - it’s very small. I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied with any of their products, and their customer service is really on point. They also have a nice stock of cute/sleek/fun smoking accessories. I smelled one of the candles and I asked the employee what he thought about it, and then another employee chimed in and shared a very interesting tip about the candle, and how to use the invigorating scent of the melted wax in more than one way… so they have a very nice selection, decent prices/pay attention to the discount of the day, sometimes it can take you far. They also have nicely lit, clean & roomy restrooms. The lobby is always clean and fresh. It’s always spotlessly clean inside the other little room where the budtenders are.

I enjoy going to this dispensary, it’s always easy and fast, the employees are always so polite and friendly, and their products are pretty good. I suggest buying the flower that’s inside the little plastic baggie/pouch. The way it’s packaged and sealed, keeps the flower really moist and soft, and the stench stays inside of the baggie for the most part.

5 star rating = full star of satisfaction for each of 5 categories. Quality of product & selection- I got edibles, flower, drinks, & concentrate. Edibles available from top desired brands in CO like Dialed In. Flower I tried a Cherry Tropicana $30/eighth and the smell, look, experience, and taste is all superior. It is actually purple for those who love something different. I wish I got more of it now. Drinks are great, could use more variety in selection but top brands available. Concentrates priced very reasonably & I don't think I could find a better deal somewhere else- I like the mid-top shelf level just below the most pricey, and I will be coming back for this price and quality again. A full star and get more drinks!

Price- as mentioned above, everything was very reasonable and while you might find one item for a little less there are also rewards you can get to save money so I give Cowbow a full star on price, and I wouldn't hold back if they were off the mark here.

Customer service- very friendly, fast, and the technology had zero issues. In and out to smoke again!

Convenience- a drive thru. I'm no longer jealous of the drive thru liquor places. You can pre-order online, y'know, like the old old days ;) and just pull through for a simple, and legal, transaction. Full star.

Location- it's a funky little spot that is easy to get to, look at the signs. Full star for pretty decent design and...
