They are dishonest. Bought a expensive 4500.00 hot tub from them and they set up 2 different times to deliver it and called and said they are running behind and not going to be able to make it. Told them that we weren't in a hurry so just give us a call whenever they could deliver it. They sold the hot tub and won't give us our money back. Said that we abandoned it when they never delivered it like they were suppose to. Liars is all they are, horrible horrible people. To sell a hot tub to a family, suppose to deliver it and never did then sell it to someone else and not return our money. Sad that they can keep 4500 from a family. Not good practice for local small business...very sad.
In response to your response Blue Lagoon...You might have had hot tub for 18 months but we bought it in June 2023 and you sold it again in August 2024. We've been disagreeing about this since August of 2024 to today.
Your husband came to our house to verify were we wanted to place the hot tub 4 months after we bought it. He then had scheduled with us 2 different times in the fall/winter and months apart to deliver it and called both times in the late afternoons and said he wasnt going to make it, after I scheduled time off and waited for him both times all day. After the 2nd time of canceling we told him that whenever it was convenient for him to deliver it, just give us a call. He agreed and told us you guys had moved the hot tub to the very back of your shop and it was hard to get to. We weren't in a hurry to get the hot tub due to being in construction of our home burning down and you guys knew this.
You guys never contacted us to redeliver, you never called us to redeliver, you never sent us a letter to redeliver. You new were we lived, you knew our phone number.
We seen the hot tub posted on market place for sale and immediately came to Blue Lagoon to find out what was going on and you told me that you guys had sold it the prior week. You told me you guys had no way of getting in contact with me. You and your husband both have several text messages with me, he had been to our house and knew were we lived, you knew who we were, and knew my phone number. You had my name, number and address in your computer system as a customer that purchased the hot tub along with several purchases of pool supplies.
Yes you offered us a store credit but we did not purchase a store credit, we purchased a particular red corner Coast spa included delivery and did not deliver, you sold it a 2nd time to someone else.
Do you think that it's right to not return our money on a hot tub that you guys failed to follow thru on???
We paid cash for a particular hot tub, you canceled delivery twice, we told you to contact us when convenient for you to deliver and you agreed, you never contacted us to deliver, and you sold it. You failed us as a customer and dont want to do the right thing.

Read moreTerrible experience. I asked for proof of installation of new equipment repeatedly but never received replies.
Two different pool company representatives advised that the equipment is undersized for the size of the pool and the location respecting the distance the water has to travel. They offered that the equipment could be used.
Also, the filters that were in place were functioning perfectly and didn't need to be replaced and were replaced with undersized filters that are too small for the water pressure and when backwashed the force of the water is going to be detrimental to not only the equipment but to the location receiving such force.

Ok back to the review, we almost gave up on our dream but thankfully we gave them a chance. They are just wonderful people and great at what they do. It is rare these days to find owners that work as hard as Andrew and Brandy they personally came out on Memorial Day weekend so our kids could swim the following weekend don’t hesitate to get our phone number from Brandy so we can share our experience .
