Bought my normal weekly vape, it hit before I left the store. The vape literally died about 15 hits later. It had been just a few hours. Vape would not charge. I went back in and spoke with the same manager that sold me the vape and she wouldn’t exchange it or help me out in any way. I understand the “policy “ but there is no way to know a vape won’t charge prior to leaving the store. She admitted it was a faulty vape. Said sorry I guess your out $28 and a vape. Can’t help you. 2 stars bc they’ve got somewhat decent prices. I’ve been a regular for a long time. Came in tonight and right when I walked in the internet went down. I waited for a while while she tried to fix it. She was nice and apologetic. Eventually after a while I walked a few doors down to an ATM. She told me the amount to pull out, so I did. Went back and there was a guy on the phone to ring me out. Turns out the total was $2 more than what I was told to get. They were not willing to discount $2 even though I had a ton of rewards points. Waited almost 30 min just for this. I spend a lot of money at this establishment but now you guys just lost all my future...
