Terrible establishment. I placed an order to be delivered at 5:15 and I placed the call at 4 so when I picked my friend up from the hospital she would have hot fresh food since she was NPO all day, my friend had complications with her procedure and I knew we wouldn't be back to the hotel by the original delivery time so I called (20 minutes before the scheduled delivery time) to move the time back and the woman who answered YELLED at me and said that the delivery guy was already at the hotel. So I canceled the order.

But seeing as my friend hadn't eat all day and she was hungry she called in the order off her phone to be picked up and I grabbed it on the way to the hotel. When we got back the food was a little cold but we shrugged it off to it was 14 degrees out. A few hours later we both were sick. My friend, after having a procedure done at the hospital and was supposed to be laying flat for the next several hours, was up all night vomiting.

The taste of the food was mediocre at best and the hostess was very rude and considering that the two of us got food poisoning further reiterates that we will never be eating at the establishment again and I urge anyone else who wants decent food and not to be deathly sick all night to go...

I called in my order and when I arrived the cook was near the back of the kitchen picking up handfuls of meat with his bare hands and putting it in a metal storage container. He was wearing soccer sandals, no socks, just bare feet. He came up to the register to check with me and never washed his hands. I checked out, and took my order home. My husband's egg foo young was fine. On the other hand, my chicken fried rice was rice, a few onions maybe and some tiny ground up pieces of what was supposed to be chicken. Not one green pea, not one carrot. Very disappointing. My hot and sour soup had some pepper taste, but no sour taste at all. I have always been happy with the food here, but I won't...

The food is good here but the overall cleanliness of the store is another matter altogether. Just filthy! Floor is always dirty, as are the dining area tables and chairs. Ceiling fans located above the dining tables are caked with crud. Owners make up the crab rangoon at the corner table (by the bathroom) meant for dining. They consistently leave this work area to monitor phone orders and walk-in orders leaving the food completely exposed. Diners needing to use restrooms walk right past the uncontrolled area. Contamination issue? YES! I never order the rangoon because of this reason and only order to go. Ownership really only puts value in making money. Cleanliness is not an...
