Firehouse Subs Wentzville Commons — Restaurant in Wentzville

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback. I really like most of the employees—they’re friendly and always give me the extra pickles I ask for, which I appreciate.

However, every time I order extra mushrooms, I end up with barely any—maybe 5 pieces on the sandwich—even when I remind the employee multiple times. I pay about $2 extra, but I consistently receive less than the normal serving, which I know is supposed to be 2 ounces. I’ve spoken with a corporate trainer before, and they confirmed that "extra" means an additional 2 ounces, so the total should be around 4 ounces.

I’ve probably paid for mushrooms on 20 different subs at this point, and I still haven’t received the proper amount even once. Please consider reviewing portion control and providing clearer training to your...

Went here mainly because the coke freestyle machines are working again after covid and I missed them and the tasty sandwiches. I just always want a fun drink when I come here, so I hadn't been in a long while.

I got the steak and cheese which was delicious as always. I appreciate that the steak isn't the most expensive sub (like it often is at other places just because they can). I got the lemon lime flavored lemonade that comes out super bright green. It's awesome 😎.

I visited around 6 pm on a Saturday night. No wait or lines.

Employees were friendly. The supervisor was efficient and had her crews cleaning and prepping while it was slower. Overall, good experience and would come again. At the price it's not an everyday meal, but worth it...

Firehouse subs has very good sub sandwiches especially at this time. The food was better at this location than our experiences at st Charles, St. Peter’s and O’Fallon locations.

The food seemed to taste better, the restaurant was cleaner and the people were very nice.

If you are in wentzville Missouri and want a sub sandwich I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
