I ordered three meals. I got home and found i was missing my onion rings. I called the store asking for a manager. A person came on, when I asked if they were a manager she said yes. Later she would tell me she was the store manager. I told her the problem to which she said she could replace the onion rings. I said I live about 10 miles away, I would like my meal replaced. She told me she could only replace the onion rings. We discussed this for a while, when I said, let me get a pen so I can write down your name. She hung up on me. I never raised my voice, used foul or abusive language or was disrespectful to her. Obviously, she was disrespectful by hanging up on me. I have many questions but most of all if she was standing behind her decision then why did she hang the phone up when I asked to write down her name?
I am very disappointed in this experience and hope to hear from someone soon. I have been a customer for many years and what i learned is my only mistake was visiting this afternoon. The store made the mistake and the inflexability as experience from the store manager proved the adage of buyer beware. Is this the experience you want your customers to feel?

Read moreI went thru the drive thru for two shakes. I paid for the order and was ask to pull forward and it will be just a few minutes. 20 minutes later i decide to go inside to see what the delay was. “We could not find you” the lady behind the counter said. I was blocking traffic, Big white f250 Truck... literally pull up 20 feet. They walked past me to get to the other vehicles. Needless to say, i asked for my money back. I was told, since they already make them, they could not refund me. I again demanded my money back and stated, I do not want melted shakes. I was assured they were ok... Needless to say, I spent $9.21 for cold milk. One chocolate and on strawberry. NOT GOOD!!
Word of advise, when they ask you to pull forward, Do Not Move till you have what you paid for. Otherwise you could end up like me and have over paid cold milk and not the frozen shake they advertise!!
03/25/2021 I received a email form Claire. She followed up on what happened during my experience, and gave me a explanation of what happened. Claire, the manager actually researched the issue and addressed it.
Not only will I return to Culver's, I recommend if you haven't been there, you should. Management really does care and takes customer experience very seriously. I changed my review due to an email from the manager of Culver's.

Read moreSo I come here occasionally with my boyfriend and it is normally a fairly good experience. However this time around I was disappointed.
After ordering we go to sit down and almost all the tables we looked at were messy and crummy (which isn't that big of a deal they seemed fairly busy). We waited for a little bit and then one server came by to give us the concrete, however, the server slammed it down without saying anything to us and ran off. I was confused, but, okay?
Then another server comes by with my bf's cheese curds and was very nice. I order a Cod dinner which was not on the same tray. She didn't take the number so I assumed that it was going to take longer because it was, y'know, a fish dinner. So I waited for about 15-20 minutes for my food. I didn't wanna go up and complain, yea? I have worked in food service I know it's hard. But eventually I go up and ask about my food (even though I felt bad). I ask one of the managers who was up-front about my food and apparently it was just sitting under the heat lamp the entire time because they forgot about it.
So I go back to my table and eat my lukewarm food. The mash potatoes at that point all clumped together into a sort of big ball and the cod wasn't that great. Everyone but that one server was nice though, it was just a very disappointing experience overall. Though, we will...
