When traveling from Indiana to Kansas my husband and I stopped at the Wentzville Missouri location on Wentzville Parkway. The worst service I've ever had at a panda I must say. I stepped out of my vehicle to go in and get fresh Spring rolls because they were not warm at all. There was a young lady coming out of the restaurant bringing someone else's food out. she asked me what's wrong, I said these aren't fresh I would like fresh Spring rolls. She then rolled her eyes at me and turned around and walked back in the building. She walked to the same Cold spring rolls in the Pan gave me 4 more cold ones. I asked to speak to a manager and asked for 4 fresh Spring rolls. I then explained to him what happened with the young lady and he asked which one. So, I pointed her out. He then got an attitude and demanded me not to point. Wow, I don't know her name so how else can I tell you who it was? I then asked for a refund for the Spring rolls. He hands me the cost without the tax and then told me they don't refund taxes... LMAO first time I've heard that one. What has happened to customer service? Read moreThis establishment needs to have some inservices on customer service and the proper way to do business because it is severly lacking in both. My husband and I went to eat but had some questions. Before I even finished my question, the drive thru person cut me off and attempted to rattle off my answer in such a fashion that we didn't catch or understand anything said. A simple 'I'll be with you in a moment' would have been just fine. When I finally got around to asking my question again, I was met with an attitude. If you were in such a rush the first time because you were taking a drive thru order, don't get bent out of shape when asked to focus on one customer or the other. You can't give decent service, let alone good service, if you are not focused on the customer in front of you. Ultimately the drive thru person slammed her containers down and asked us to leave and refused serving us. We were very happy to oblige since the thought had already crossed my mind. We ended up going to the Chinese restaurant we really wanted to and got great food and service. If this is how they treat potential customers, and based on recent reviews, this place is in trouble. Read moreThe manager at this location, Kody, is exceptional. My kids love Panda Express so every once in awhile I take them there for a treat. We were all looking forward to going. Kody took our order, was super friendly, gave us extra fortune cookies and walked our food to the table for me which is helpful when you have two toddlers climbing on you. As soon as we sit down to eat my daughter throws up. 😭 I'm embaressed and stressed out. Kody cleaned everything up for me.. which is amazing to me, because cleaning up after a sick kid is awful. He was super nice about the whole thing even though I felt terrible about it. He gave me boxes for our food to take it home and he even told me I could get our food discounted the next time we came in since our food would be cold by the time we got home and since my daughter could no longer eat hers. I thought that was super nice considering it wasnt his fault at all. He was super understanding, considerate and helpful. And as always the food was delicious!
