White Castle — Restaurant in Wentzville

Really? $11.86 for lunch! But I'll be back! Update since last review. Was in Wentzville and has been quite a while since I had some of those delicious little square burgers, I couldn't resist. Pulled in and of course there was a super long line in the drive through. It's actually just faster to go in and place your order, so I did. Wasn't wanting a combo, had a big fountain soda in my truck already. Just wanted those mini munchies of beef. (I think) It smelled so good inside! Grabbed a handful of their awesome horseradish mustard before I even ordered! Lol. Got up to the register, ordered 6 doubles with cheese. ALMOST $15 FREAKING BUCKS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? It was a bitter sweet day for me, that turned very sad. I've said good bye to White Castle forever. I mean, come on, that's completely outrageous! I wish everyone of you "belly bomber lovers", would unite for one day, and in protest, NOT GO TO WHITE CASTLE! Let em see and hopefully realize how wrong they are, charging extremely high prices to all of us that work way too hard to throw money away! But sadly, it will never happen. Just like everything else in American, people will keep complaining and stay blind to the fact that it's "We the people" that ACTUALLY have the power to bring change in so many things, but instant gratification...

Taste and service of food was probably the same as any other trip to this place but, this one trip was especially rememberable due to my husband and I usually go through the drive through and then pull into a parking spot to eat. Well on this day, we were on our way back from the city and after he was done he stepped out of the truck for a stretch and his wallet fell out unbeknownst to us and afterwards we drove away to take him to work and then myself home another 20 minutes down the road. We discovered the missing wallet and after tearing apart the truck to no avail, called back up to White Castle to see if they could locate it in their parking lot. They were kind enough to search not just once but twice to locate it so we didn't need to make a possible needless trip back to them. They called me back as soon as it was located and were pleasant and understanding the whole time. They were awesome to go above and beyond when some places would have stopped after the first search, if they even search at all, but they went twice and called immediately when it...

Updated 5/19/19, Nothing has changed. Waited 20 minutes behind two cars in drive thru just for four fish and two hamburgers. People inside always look frustrated while they wait because they have wait a long time for their order to be prepared! I'm going to the one in O'Fallon MO better management!

Make sure your not hungry! The service here is slow! It doesn't matter what day or what time of the day they are still slow. You'll wait 5-10 minutes in the drive-thru even if there is only one car ahead of you. If you go inside they are just as slow. They'll have four or five people just standing around in each other's way behind the counter. I've never seen so many slow a* workers in one place bring the whole operation to a crawl. I dont know if the employees or underpaid or what but they s*k at service. And, don't piss the drive thru window person off or you'll get a bag of stale, overgreased, overcooked white castle burgers. As of yet I have never recieved any fresh food from this God Awful Place in...
