This is an edit to my old review (below)⦠itās been a long time since I came to this salon and wow, it will be a long time before I return⦠today I asked for the gel manicure, gel pedicure, and full acrylic set. My manicure service barely occurred?? The entire service was rushed, my acrylic was lumpy and poorly shaped, my fingers were hit with the electrical file multiple times⦠the person who did my nails seemed inexperienced⦠if I wanted to receive services from someone who still needed training, then I would pay half this price at a cosmetology school⦠touch nail spa Wesley chapel has expensive services with poor results. The pedicure wasnāt quite as terrible, but couldnāt possibly redeem the terrible manicure and acrylic service. Not going to be coming back. They also charged me $57 when the actual menu of services says that $37 is the correct price for acrylics full set⦠smdh what a waste of time and moneyā¦
Old review: I have been going to this salon for two years now and usually you can expect a nice experience overall.
However, occasionally I will receive rushed service or a lack of care from a few specific nail techs. Lisa is one nail tech I wouldn't recommend. She has serviced me a few times and every time I left dissatisfied.
One saving grace is the owners Timmy and Tiffany are both very nice and accommodating. I have returned before with complaints when my gel was ridiculously lumpy and uneven. Timmy offered to completely redo the service HIMSELF! And he did a fantastic job.
Prices can get a bit high considering other locations with exactly the same services done with the same level of care... but here the higher prices will buy you a very relaxing atmosphere.
I hope they start offering gel nail extensions soon, that would change the game for me. You know, the transparent nail extensions? They've gained a lot of popularity in recent years, and its something I'd like to see offered in more nails salons.
All in all the salon is great, they just need to make sure that all of the employees are delivering the same level of service. Bad techs can ruin a generally...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the most unpleasant experience at this nail salon, and I feel compelled to share my frustration in hopes that others can avoid the same treatment. My daughter and I visited the salon recently, and we were appalled by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior we encountered from an employee named Jade.
First and foremost, Jade's attitude toward my daughter was completely unwarranted. She was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we didnāt belong. It honestly felt like we were being discriminated against based on nothing other than Jadeās unprofessional attitude. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead, my daughter was subjected to unnecessary negativity and hostility.
Furthermore, Jadeās behavior was beyond inappropriate. While Mary was doing my nails, Jade inserted herself into our conversation when it wasnāt needed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and uncalled for. Not only did Jade interrupt, but she also gave my daughter dirty looks the entire time, creating a very hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, Jade actually yelled at my daughter while attending to another customer. This behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and completely out of line, especially considering children were in the salon.
The entire experience left us feeling disrespected and upset. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from a staff member in a business where customer service should be a priority. Plenty of other nail salons offer excellent service, professionalism, and respect, which is why I will never return to this establishment again.
To say Iām disappointed would be an understatement. This experience was a 0/10, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Please consider how important customer service and professionalism are, especially when treating people with kindness and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo, this review is about an event that happened here in October 2023. I had a bad experience here and now will probably never visit any of the touch nail spa locations because of it.
My mom and I didn't have an appointment, so I couldn't see my regular nail tech Hoa, so we got other people we didn't know. So we got 2 men and they sat next to another female nail tech. The female nail tech looked at me and my mom's feet and starting joking and laughing with her coworkers in vietname during me and my mom's pedicure. My mom is already self-conscious of her feet, so I told the lady to please stop whispering and laughing. Obviously, I don't speak Vietnamese, and I dont think she understood me, but her coworkers did speak English, and I believe translated it to her in Vietnamese. She then looked at me and continued to talk in her language, and the other 2 employees looked down in shame, so it seemed she was still talking or making fun of us. I found this very unprofessional, and I was mentally going through a very challenging time in my life. I come here to relax, not be laughed at, or have others gossip about me in another language. Due to my mental state at this time, this led me to break down in tears and have a panic attack while I was getting my pedicure.
It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. She never apologized, and I was so embarrassed for breaking down like that and being stuck in that chair sobbing while getting the pedicure. I will never go back.
We used to go monthly, but after that, we never went back. I dont know if that employee still works there, and I dont want to quote to the wrong name, but please just hire more professional employees, especially for such a large and busy nail salon. I loved it here, but that woman totally ruined my experience with...
