I’m only giving a second star because my nail tech was nice, but today was truly an embarrassing moment for me. First off, I ask for French on my toes and my tech never did what I asked..no biggie- I just let that be. Secondly, I ask for a French little line on my hand nails (which is only $7 on their menu) and when it’s time to pay, they end up charging me $70 for the nail refill + FRENCH!!! Apparently there are ā€œmany French stylesā€ and each French costs something different šŸ™„ Not to mention the arguing that I had to watch between the manager and my nail tech (which was not cool to watch). The manager comes over to me and says, ā€œIt’s her fault because she never told you that we charge $40 extra for Frenchā€ 😳 Then my nail tech comes over to me sad and upset saying that she only did what I asked her to…and I respond ā€œIf it costs $40 just to paint a French line on my nails then I wouldn’t have asked for thatā€. For the embarrassment and stress I endured ans a result of their lack of communication and total inconvenience, I should have just been charged $27 for the refill + $5 for the almond shape + $7 for French. Instead the bill for JUST MY HAND NAILS goes from $70 to $57 🄓 Can someone tell me WHY ON EARTH THESE PEOPLE ARE CHARGING $40 TO PAINT ON A FRENCH LINE?!? That is ridiculous!!! That is abusive to the public! If people are coming in to get full service (hands and pedicure) and are already spending so much money on gel services, the least they can do is charge a NORMAL AMOUNT for a freakin French line. I won’t be returning for a looooong time again. Something always ends up ruining my experience here and I have to wait 8 or 9 months to give them another shot. I should give up by now.

I have been going to this nail salon for >3 years for most of this time I have been seeing Van and Ricki. You truly cannot go wrong if you ask for either of these two nail professionals. Lately, I have been requesting to see Ricki. Ricki is more than a nail technician, he is a nail professional. Ricki ensures my cuticles are taken care of, he files the acrylic nails beds so they are narrow and look feminine, he also periodically asks me if I want to replace a previous set of acrylic nails for a new set to avoid fungus. During my time with Ricki I have had two toe nails fall off (these were NOT Ricki’s fault). I am very active, I weight lift and run and apply a lot of damage to my feet. Ricki nursed both damaged toe nails back to health. Ricki doesn’t just focus on aesthetic, but also the health of the nail. I am a young professional so I do not get any designs or fancy colors. Ricki knows I only like ā€œnaturalā€ colors such as OPI Put It In Neutral, Bubble Bath, and Timmy Pink. When I go I always bring a book or my Kindle to read; look forward to my appointments to relax. I am not very talkative, but appreciate the funny jokes and banter from Ricki. I can also attest I receive equal care of my nails from Van. I also suffered from a damaged big toe nail injury and Van also nursed it back to health (Van and Ricki are more interested that you have healthy nails not just pretty nails). Van gives the BEST pedicures he has strong arms and does a good job at helping you select colors and giving you his opinion. Van also explains why he is doing something, which I always appreciated about him. Ricki and Van book quickly so, call at least a week in advance.

So I went to get my nails done yesterday and Cara was doing my nails while she was doing it she told it was going to cost $140 then after my nails were done she said it’s $ 155 so I was like thinking in my head why . I called my Aunt she always gets her nails done there and she pays $120 and we almost get the same thing done so I got gel on my toes and French on my finger nails so I called and I asked for a break down of how it came up to $155 the lady at the front desk said let me call Cara when Cara got on the phone she went like why are you doing this I was not even mad or anything I was just asking coz it wasn’t making sense to me . Cara proceed by saying I’m sorry and I was like why are you be a little then she gets an attitude and says I’m busy talk to the manager so I said give me the manager of course she did not then the lady at the front desk proceeded by covering up for her and said she said she told them you got mad and I told me what? And I told her she told me two different prices and she sounds really suspicious so this was the break down they gave me for my toes it was $59 for my toes coz it was gel which I expected it to be a little bit more then $65 for my finger nails which I did a French with the double line and they charge $25 more for the second line coz they said it was a design and I don’t remember they the $7 charge was for something I will attach the picture below and also as Cara was doing my nails she filled the skin of my finger the finger before my pinky and it was bleeding hopefully I don’t get an infection.

This is an edit to my old review (below)… it’s been a long time since I came to this salon and wow, it will be a long time before I return… today I asked for the gel manicure, gel pedicure, and full acrylic set. My manicure service barely occurred?? The entire service was rushed, my acrylic was lumpy and poorly shaped, my fingers were hit with the electrical file multiple times… the person who did my nails seemed inexperienced… if I wanted to receive services from someone who still needed training, then I would pay half this price at a cosmetology school… touch nail spa Wesley chapel has expensive services with poor results. The pedicure wasn’t quite as terrible, but couldn’t possibly redeem the terrible manicure and acrylic service. Not going to be coming back. They also charged me $57 when the actual menu of services says that $37 is the correct price for acrylics full set… smdh what a waste of time and money…

Old review: I have been going to this salon for two years now and usually you can expect a nice experience overall.

However, occasionally I will receive rushed service or a lack of care from a few specific nail techs. Lisa is one nail tech I wouldn't recommend. She has serviced me a few times and every time I left dissatisfied.

One saving grace is the owners Timmy and Tiffany are both very nice and accommodating. I have returned before with complaints when my gel was ridiculously lumpy and uneven. Timmy offered to completely redo the service HIMSELF! And he did a fantastic job.

Prices can get a bit high considering other locations with exactly the same services done with the same level of care... but here the higher prices will buy you a very relaxing atmosphere.

I hope they start offering gel nail extensions soon, that would change the game for me. You know, the transparent nail extensions? They've gained a lot of popularity in recent years, and its something I'd like to see offered in more nails salons.

All in all the salon is great, they just need to make sure that all of the employees are delivering the same level of service. Bad techs can ruin a generally...

I had the most unpleasant experience at this nail salon, and I feel compelled to share my frustration in hopes that others can avoid the same treatment. My daughter and I visited the salon recently, and we were appalled by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior we encountered from an employee named Jade.

First and foremost, Jade's attitude toward my daughter was completely unwarranted. She was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we didn’t belong. It honestly felt like we were being discriminated against based on nothing other than Jade’s unprofessional attitude. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but instead, my daughter was subjected to unnecessary negativity and hostility.

Furthermore, Jade’s behavior was beyond inappropriate. While Mary was doing my nails, Jade inserted herself into our conversation when it wasn’t needed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and uncalled for. Not only did Jade interrupt, but she also gave my daughter dirty looks the entire time, creating a very hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, Jade actually yelled at my daughter while attending to another customer. This behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and completely out of line, especially considering children were in the salon.

The entire experience left us feeling disrespected and upset. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from a staff member in a business where customer service should be a priority. Plenty of other nail salons offer excellent service, professionalism, and respect, which is why I will never return to this establishment again.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. This experience was a 0/10, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Please consider how important customer service and professionalism are, especially when treating people with kindness and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the...

So, this review is about an event that happened here in October 2023. I had a bad experience here and now will probably never visit any of the touch nail spa locations because of it.

My mom and I didn't have an appointment, so I couldn't see my regular nail tech Hoa, so we got other people we didn't know. So we got 2 men and they sat next to another female nail tech. The female nail tech looked at me and my mom's feet and starting joking and laughing with her coworkers in vietname during me and my mom's pedicure. My mom is already self-conscious of her feet, so I told the lady to please stop whispering and laughing. Obviously, I don't speak Vietnamese, and I dont think she understood me, but her coworkers did speak English, and I believe translated it to her in Vietnamese. She then looked at me and continued to talk in her language, and the other 2 employees looked down in shame, so it seemed she was still talking or making fun of us. I found this very unprofessional, and I was mentally going through a very challenging time in my life. I come here to relax, not be laughed at, or have others gossip about me in another language. Due to my mental state at this time, this led me to break down in tears and have a panic attack while I was getting my pedicure.

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. She never apologized, and I was so embarrassed for breaking down like that and being stuck in that chair sobbing while getting the pedicure. I will never go back.

We used to go monthly, but after that, we never went back. I dont know if that employee still works there, and I dont want to quote to the wrong name, but please just hire more professional employees, especially for such a large and busy nail salon. I loved it here, but that woman totally ruined my experience with...
